The hospitality was so great.. The receptionist was so kind and they sent a welcome sweet to my room.. The customer care her name is Narjes and she was very nice when she took my feedback about my stay.

The water pressure for the rashash wasn’t strong enough and needed floor towels for the bathroom.

Excellent location, plenty of parking. Clean spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Exceptional guest relations by Nora at the front desk. 🙌🏼

There are no hair dryer provided in the room which is very essential.

I personally don't like the bathtub/shower combo, I find it “dated” and not practical The toilet bidet flushing water pressure was not adequate to completely flush waste, I guess it requires some adjustment.

Hotel location is perfect in Al-Mubarraz with a short driving distance (Avg 15 minutes) to Al-Hufuf. Well connected to main and minor roads, which makes it easy to visit the many attractions of the area. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The hotel itself is wonderful. Classy decorations and inviting lobby makes a good first impression upon arrival. The general hotel atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Visibly clean premises. It has all the necessary facilities. Good gym and pool for recreation. There is even a Starbucks café at the lobby. Free Wi-Fi is available and the single was of a decent strength/coverage. Free Underground parking was a big advantage as it shielded the car from the sweltering sun. Staff were approachable and helpful. Fast and friendly check in/out process with no hassles. Big “thank you” to you both (my apologies, I didn’t get your names) The room was beautiful, clean and with a relaxing colour scheme. Though room was not as specious as I thought, but it was well furnished. Bed was comfortable and I liked the idea they had options for types of pillows. Good soundproofing for privacy and comfort. The air-condition system was reasonably quiet and working great for the hot weather. Complementary coffee/tea and water were provided with refill. All other amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel were available. Bathroom is of a good size with a complete set of supplies. Housekeeping services were very good and professional, special thanks to the local lady for the quick service. I didn’t try hotel food, so I can’t comment on this. Hopefully next time. This hotel almost ticked all the boxes 

I visited this Hotel occasionally and I really liked it because it was very clean, things were organised, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very good place to relax and to meet my friends in Al-hasa. I would highly recommend it, and I would like to thank Mr. Yasin Al-mousawi for his professionally and all staff too.
