South AfricaRooms are serviced at odd times. Some days after zohr and some after Maghreb. The room cleaning could be a lot better. Beds are not dusted or laid. Floors not mopped, tissues not disposed off and cups not taken from lounge to kitchen, counters in lounge and room not wiped. Some days towels replaced late at night. I wasn’t given the additional bed which I requested. There is no wifi. We had to buy simcards.
The newly renovated rooms are stunning. The location is amazing, right on the mataaf. Close to malls and food until 3am. Theres a mall downstairs. The check in staff are friendly and helpful.

Location close to Gate No 330 of Masjid an Nabawi which is like you exit hotel and entry in Masjid premise. Check in and check out was smooth like within notime. Sufficient lifts available and reachable during Namaz time.

South AfricaTaiba Suites in Madinah shareef is newly renovated. We got the room shown to us in our booking. Excellent check inn. Efficient and friendly staff. The room we got had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is newly revamped hopefully it stays this way neat well maintained clean. Please note not all rooms are revamped. Some rooms are the old rooms on our floor 14th floor. Check your booking. The Kitchen is well equipped with a stove washing machine dishwasher fridge and freezer. Basic dishes cutlery pot pan available. Rooms are spacious. Lounge had a pull out sofa bed. Beds bedding linen towels all upto standard. Bathrooms are good neat and modern. Water pressure is a bit low and drains clog a little but maintenance staff are on stand by to see to any technical issues. They came up very fast to attend to our odd hour emergency. Water is given daily. Lifts work well, it does get busy but theres a few lifts in the hotel, so you not waiting too long. Our housekeeping staff were excellent. Imam Hussain Sakab Hussain. You made our stay so good from day one. They both did their best to keep our room clean. Thank you for the welcome fruit platter. your smile and excellent hard work to keep us comfortable is much appreciated. We will definitely return to Taiba Suites. Please make sure that the standards of Taiba Suites remain as is.
