Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyIn our room, there was a very high step to enter the bathroom - for elderly people this is a bit of a challenge...
Excellent location close to the jetty and the jetty bus stop (busses to all destinations of Praslin) with easy short walking via a private path between hotel and a public car parking area southeast of, and next to, the jetty bus stop (on foot, no need to use the steep and winding road which is also much longer). Very nice swimming pool and pool area. Direct access to the sea for snorkeling (no beach, which is not a problem). Very friendly staff.

Personal was very friendly, always help us with our requests - especially when we need to heat food for child. One greate plus - place on the balcony where u can dry linen.

IsraelThe kitchen's vent pipe is below the balcony, so 3 times a day, when kitchen runs, there are strong cooking and frying smells in the balcony. A flickering light was not replaced during our stay.
Giant room with stunning views and very big & beautiful balcony, with fully equiped kitchen. Good value for money for dinner and breakfast, friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the Jetty

RomaniaFurniture of the room was old.
Extremely nice garden and view from the room and the restaurant. Room was comfortable, altough the furniture a bit expired, but it had everything a hotel room can offer. Breakfast is really good, not too diversified, but very well prepared, basically different kinds of eggs, with fruit salad, coffee, and patisserie. It's not far from the ferry jet, but you need a car to get to discover the island, go to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there.

United States of AmericaWe had the best ocean-view room though it was quite a hike getting into it. The hotel is near the jetty port and supermarket, has its own beachfront where you can snorkel and the infinity pool is good for a late afternoon dip. The place is a haven of flora and fauna, a landscape of flowery plants and you will see a lot of harmless spiders and geckos (green and brown) endemic in Seychelles. They also have two Aldabra Tortoises in the vicinity. A good complimentary breakfast is served which gets you energized throughout the day. The restaurant offers dinner which is convenient since most take-aways in the island close early. Their Octopus Salad is a must-try, it’s absolutely yum. We had issues with the bathroom floor since guests may slip because of how water is drained from the shower. The two pillows given to us were not dense enough giving us an uncomfortable sleep. I suggest they add two more. Customer service and hospitality from the staff were superb. Much thanks to Aliz and Bikesh for the easy check-in and for guiding us through our activities and to Valenz for serving our meals with her warmest smile even with mask on. Overall, it was a good experience in Praslin Island with this hotel.

Czech Republicno drinks included within dinner, not even water slow wifi bit outdated furniture, but that didn’t matter to us
We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. The hotel is in good location, fitted in beautiful garden, with free parking spaces. The room itself is larger than standard, clean, with balcony and stunning view. We booked half board - tasty breakfast with pancakes, croissants, hotel-made jam, eggs, tea & coffee. Three course dinner was luxurious. There was always a choice between a fish and a no-fish dish. Staff was always nice, friendly and helpful and infinity pool is perfect for chilling after or before the day

GermanyNothing. Okay maybe the furniture were a bit old, which doesnt matter to me.
Very nice Garden around the apartment with many birds (e.g. black hummingbirds) and beautiful plants, stunning view over the ocean and la digue from the terrasse, extremly kind and warm staff, great breakfast, restaurant with and extraordinary view (we saw a small shark hunting from our seats at dinner!!). Dinner for 25€ p.p. is actually a very good price for a menue, and its absolutely great for that!

Czech RepublicThe breakfast selection is really poor, no vegetables, no selection of fruit. We had only three nights but I can’t imagine eating the same stuff another morning. Another annoying thing was a water pressure in the shower. It took ages to take a shower.
The location is really convenient, so close to the jetty. The views are just amazing.
