The room itself, somehow the decor or organization. it could be better but for one night was okay.

The employees were kind and helpful. The self-service station with food you can get in the reception is a great idea when you get to the hotel late at night and hungry.

Heating system and lights weren't working, so it was upsetting. I asked for a quiet room, however my room window of facing the reception hall and there was an event happening until late night.

The location is brilliant, the breakfast is good, but the room was disapointing. There were 2 lights out of order and I couldn't turn on the heating.

The rooms were shockingly small, with no cabinets or shelves for clothes. The room wasn't cleaned entirely, I (accidantaly) found a pistachio under the bed. I also saw something yellow in the corner which I didn't even dare to check out what it was. The maid, who didn't understand English rushed in (knocking AND IMMEDIATELY opening the door for herself) although we had the SHH sign out and when I sent her away, she still came back once again.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Not completely clean (dust on furnitures), long check in process (even online), many rooms do not have a window on the outside but only on the inside of the bulding with noise from the activities in the lobbyp

We couldn't regulate the ventilation, it was very drafty and the bed is right under the window. Heating is not possible (and it said that it is). The staff wasn't helpful at all, the only option they offered us is to pay extra for a better room.

Location is good, shared spaces are nice. Room is not big but it is fine.

Bathroom lacked the main toiletries. The bed was old, not comfortable and squeaked. The TV was old and kept acting up.

My room didnt have a window to outside and it was directed to inside so everybody from the hotel facilities could look into my room. Unless I put the thick curtains out but then it was a very dark room.

I did not like a thing, though. There was no option to turn off the A/C in the room. There's a thermostat and you can move the temp up and down a few degrees, but I wanted to switch it off completely. I asked a very kind man in the reception and he explained it was simply not possible. The A/C was a bit noisy, but nothing unbearable.

Hotel is very nice, modern looking, great vibe and clean rooms. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall great option to visit Malmö, since it's walking distance from a lot of nice areas and right in front of the train station.

Personal touches are lacking. Self check in and check out which I didn't really like. The first room which we had paid for was too tiny, with a tiny bathroom and no where to hang clothes. We had to pay extra for a larger room with five coat hangers. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis and no clean towels.

After paying an upgrade fee the room was reasonable and more spacious

Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the central station, perfect if you have an early train or bus to catch. Very modern, comfortable facilities. It might be missing a 'wow' factor but if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Malmö this might just be the best place there is.
