Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room is small, without window, but we were informed about it in advance. In the morning toilets and baths are sometimes busy. Key cards sometimes stop working, but you can go to receptionist and he fix it in minute.
Break was very good and you can eat as much as you can. Metro station is five minutes far from hotel and line is connected to city center and to Marsta which is next to airport Arlanda. We used and sauna for free! Toilets are clean

You have to use commuter train to go to city center. But considering it's price that was okey for us, no big problem.

The room I’ve booked was a little bir small for 2 people
Location was really close to one of the central metro stations. So you can go wherever you want really fast. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fresh and full. Price for Value hotel 🍀

The soap dispensers in the shared bathroom was sometimes broken or hard to use. Our room got stuffy but that was mostly due to us choosing a room without a window. Key cards stopped working very easily but thankfully the staff was really helpful with that.
Great staff, very kind and helpful. Nice vibes and good breakfast. It was very worth it for the money we spent.

In general, everything was good, but if I had to complain about something, it would be that the bed I slept in was quite squeaky, and the noise woke me up a couple of times. The breakfast was also quite basic, with few options, it could have had more alternatives as it seems like it used to from reading other reviews.
It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was also quite helpful and friendly, and they had people at the reception all night. It was also nice that they have a bar and you can have a night cap there. The location of the hotel was also convenient, near a train station that's 2 stations away from the city center.

Ventilation in the rooms could be improved. Cleanliness is also lacking.

Cannot really come up with anything. Their smaller rooms are a tad bit claustrophobic but not so it causes a major issue. It wont cost you an arm or a leg to upgrade either, so no - I cannot come up with anything.
This is a good place! Clean, comfy and quiet rooms. Got smart TVs so that you can cast your own entertainment onto them. Close to supermarkets, food and the train station. Good breakfast as well.

Obviously no window In the room so it can get warm in times plus the toilets outside can be difficult in times saying that you get what you pay for .

The rooms were a bit small.
The beds were soft, free breakfast was provided and it was near to the train station. (A 5 min walk away) The staff present when I checked in was really helpful and towels were provided.

Squeaky mattress In the evening there were some loud noises.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and mattress were a bit outdated but totally fair for the price we paid. There was also a breakfast buffet with simple but good options. There is also a parking lot for an extra fee. All in all recommendable if you're looking for an affordable stay. Close to a station and some shops and restaurants.

It's the first hotel where I didn't have a face towel just a big shower towel. I understand that the cleaning of the room is done only at the request of the guest, but I expected that at least the trash in the bin would be taken out daily.
Hotel closed to railway station with non-stop reception and restaurant. Good breakfast but with the same products every day. Dimension of room was ok and comfortable beds.
