Only downside is that the tv doesn't cast or stream and room colour scheme in photos is a bit off putting but totally suits the vibe and setting.

Great hotel, location was central for tours and attractions, boat bus scooter transport was available outside outdoor door.. walking distance to an abundance of restaurants, souvenirs, art and supermarkets. Room was really large, with comfortable king size bed. Shower worked well, small lift to help move luggage up stairs. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast food variety was great and set in awesome cave type basement setting. Totally recommend

The only small issue was that there was a very limited area to hang up clothes, very small wardrobe. In the bathroom, only 2 pegs for towels, and nowhere to hang a bathrobe, but as I said, it was a minor inconvenience, easily remedied.

The room decor was old, but comfortable, the location could not have been better, the old Quarter is outside your door, and the newer parts of town easily reached in 10 minutes. The breakfasts were great, catered to every taste. Good value for money.

There was only one big annoying issue: Although the rooms were big enough, there was a complete lack of proper storage space for our belongings. All furniture had only faked drawers (nothing you could open or use) and the cabinets lacked of shelves, so everything had to be put on the floor of the cabinets. The bathroom did not have any shelf space either and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. I think this could be fixed without a huge investment and would help a lot for guest who want to unpack their stuff.

Location was perfect for our purpose, the hotel had a nice old-world charm (so don't expect a lot of plugs or even USB ports). Breakfast was generous, and staff - when available - was very friendly.

It's a bit expensive but worth it for the location. Because of the setting, being in an old building means that some of the spaces are a bit small.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was just as good as at a four-star-hotel and the room was nice with pleny of space. A little chilly in some places, but there was an extra heating fan, which was great! I would recommend a stay any time - prefect location in the beautiful historic centre with plenty of points of interest for visitors. A very welcoming, comfortable and quirky hotel (it felt as if you were in a basement in the passages although on the fifth floor), wonderful! A thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would also like to add that the staff was exceptional, very professional and the person checking us in really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable in our respective rooms.

A bit of strange to have the WC so close to the shower. No chance anything stays dry. As said, very tiny and very little space.

Very central location. Extremely tidy. WLAN did noch work, but I got a work-around from the reception with another WLAN. Very small room (was expected), but very functionally furnished. Met all my needs. Very good breakfast.

We were unfortunately awakened early in the morning by the noise of the bin men emptying the glass container and the bins. While this was not the most pleasant wake-up call, it's something beyond the hotel's control. Adding some shelves in the bathroom would be a great improvement.

The location is fantastic, with attentive staff and a fabulous breakfast; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for work at the desk.
