We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe stayed in Solna, Stockholm a week before this so considering that this hotel was more expensive per room per night, the condition of the room was rather old. Could easily hear babies crying in the room next door. Certain information seems to contradict due to lack of updating.
I booked only a few days ahead of time so it was the only location close to High Chaparral that was available. Nice staff. It is important to know that this is a seasonal hotel. The diaper on my 4 year old leaked a little bit over night but the hotel did not deduct any extra charges

DenmarkIt was a hot night so I wanted to sleep with the window open. The ventilation on the backside of the building kept turning on and off and made a lot of noise. Could definitely be improved.
Breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Very recommendable.

SwedenWe booked a room for one night. It was an expensive exclusive room 152 euro We were very disappointed because the room was above the outlet of two big machines, of the airconditioning that made a lot of noise. A part from that we couldnt shut a part of the window because it was not working well. We could not sleep well as a result of that. In the morning at 6.45 a truck was beneath the window that made extra noise. We complaind and the lady said. Yes we know. That room is above the machines. There was a lamp broken and the shower wasnt warm enaogh. We asked by mail money back but they don't react. We paid the room when we arrived.

DenmarkNo Sauna. This was a key selling point for me and my son because after skiing we expected it to be there. At the reception I talked with the receptionist and he he explained to me without mask that because of covid the sauna is shut down. This point in time in Sweeden there are no restrictions so this did not make any sense at all. They also informed us that they wrote to booking.com and it will be corrected on the site. We were offered no compensation.
It is simple. You can play on the piano. It is not tuned well, but it is a beautiful instrument. There is an excellent pizzeria and shop just 3 minutes walk away. The rooms are quiet and very well soundproofed.
