My room was advertised as having a refrigerator. There was no refrigerator. As it was only a short stay, I did not need a refrigerator, so I did not ask for another room, but the hotel should really review the room description and ensure that the offered room matches it. The breakfast room was crowded, I could barely find a place to sit down, I also saw some people waiting for a seat. One strange thing for a modest hotel like this was a soundbar under the TV on the wall. The problem was that the soundbar did not work with the TV, so you could only hear the small low quality TV speakers.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet selection was great and constantly replenished by helpful staff.

They don’t have room service and phone in the room so we needed to come down to lobby every time we had questions or needed anything.

The staffs were really helpful and made our stay much easier. The location was perfect, close to many good restaurants, bars and 7-eleven. They also had a nice gym and pool room.

The rate for my room was very reasonable. Modern furnishings but mini fridge did not work. All in all a hidden bargain.

Breakfast was well presented and decent quality, only grip is lack of storage facilities in the room, plus in-room safe location seems to have 6 footers in mind as its difficult to reach. Overall for excellent value for what we paid.

The reception area is small. I waited for a couple of minutes at the front door because there was a group checking in occupying the reception. Glad they allowed me to check in without having waiting for them to finish.

Breakfast area was quite small, so had to sit with other people sometimes when it was rush hour, which is not always the way you'd like to start your morning. Also, we were not in the main building, so we had to come in the morning for breakfast with some layers so as not to freeze as stayed during the winter.

Breakfast was quite good, not luxury, but you had enough to make sure you were good to go, and explore the city. Easy to reach, quite central in the city, and walkable to different areas in Stockholm. The room was quite nice, modern, well heated.

The hotel is very well located, on a walking distance to some of the attractions. Breakfast was quite good, there was a variety of choices. Only thing there was that usually after 8,30 it was getting crowded. The room was also quite comfortable, very good fit for a family with 2 kids , the sofa was comfortable for them. The room was a bit tiny, but at the end, we were in Stockholm for the walks, not for sitting in the room. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed as well. Staff was nice and polite. I would recommend and would consider again for the future.

Great Breakfast… plenty vegan options. Rooms were clean and cosy. For end of march I would appreciate one more blanket, but nothing that thin jumper and socks couldn’t fix. 15 - 20 min Walking distance to city centre.

Room was on the street side, little noisy sometimes from traffic. Parking garage had EV charger which was not mentioned anywhere on Booking description. So its a good thing but bad because I already spent time charging elsewhere and then had full charged car sitting next to empty charger :-) it felt like poor information sharing.

Some of the appliances provided were not working and were not easy to use to non-Swedish speakers, but the response from the reception was very good.

This was a very nice and central hotel, I have stayed before in Best Western Hotels and they never disappoint. The room was small but efficient, clean enough and quiet during the night, the mini-fridge was not working and the TV was in Swedish only, but we were there only for a few days, so it didn't affect our stay. We were allowed to check-in earlier than usual by becoming a member, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception and cleaning crew were helpful and excellent, the included breakfast was also surprisingly well and tasty. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

It was quite tight for 4 of us for the week, not much storage space.

At the arrival, the person doesn't explain that much about how to contact them from the room, since, as discovered, was no phone in the room. There is a phone number to call, which is not very suitable, because this number is in the document that opens from a QR code from the TV screen. Noisy neighbors (visitors of the hotel) partying in their room, so I needed to go the reception in another building at 3.40 in the morning to ask to make them respect the rules. Corridors of the side building where my room was were not very pleasant and clean.

Located in city center, nice area. Breakfast is very good with various choice. Room was spacious, beautiful and clean, but without phone and in another building, so it was necessary to go to another building for breakfast.
