Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe room design! Too much visual clutter. For a small room, I don't need to feel like in a NY subway! The room was also very dusty. They did vacuum it when I told them. Not sure why the cabinet holding the mini fridge is that small. The cabinet holding it is deeper than the actual fridge size. Another waste of space. Kept on bumping into the lamp by the bed, the shower divider. I'm just naturally clumsy, perhaps I'm the one that needs to change. Breakfast was pretty average. Boring. Was the same every day. Luckily the Greasy Spoon is just a few metres away.
I liked the attitude of the staff, especially when I said I wasn't feeling well after food poisoning at another hotel. They gave me some rooibos tea and also directions to the only 24h pharmacy in Stockholm. Location was great for exploring Sofo and also to be away from the touristy Gamla Stan. Was great for more local cafes and restaurants. If you want to go the centre, the closest metro is a 5 mn walk, 2 supermarkets nearby, 2 pharmacies.

SwedenIt was all good.
As soon as I entered NOFO I felt I was going to enjoy it.. reception felt so cosy, it was so smooth, and my room was beautiful and comfortable. I had supper in the bar, food was great, clearly lots of regulars happy to be there and it was stylish and cosy, and breakfast the next day was fantastic. I would love to go again and have another room in a different theme. Loved it. Plus the staff knew it was my birthday and left me a few welcome snacks and message.

AustriaThere was a construction site right next to hotel (though it'll probably be done soon and it wasn't the hotel's fault). Some rooms don't have individual showers, but rather bathtubs with a shower head installed (Some people don't have a problem with that, but I prefer standalone showers).
Incredibly cosy and charismatic hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic food (both breakfast and dinner) and extremely immersive and creative concept, with lots of tiny and cute details. You can see that the owners poured a lot of love into making this hotel. All the rooms have different styles and decor, based on the "area" they're in. Parts of the hotel are inspired by London, others by Paris, and the decoration changes entirely depending on where you're at. The location is also great (Södermalm, relatively close to the Underground). The beds were also very comfortable.

SwedenVery small space to hang clothes, why not empty the wastebin in the bathroom while making up the bed and why are the reading lamps not possible to individually switch on or off?

IrelandHonestly we couldn’t think of one bad thing.
The NY theme room was fabulous. Very cool place to stay. The breakfast is really outstanding. The wine bar is trendy with great Alt/Indie playlist. All of the staff were exceptional. Fanny in particular made our stay by giving us a hand written list of restaurants/bars (broken down into drinks-lunch-dinner-traditional Swedish) to visit without us even asking. It’s also a perfect location to see all that Stockholm has to offer. It’s very close to the Metro too.

United Kingdomwe stayed twice - either side of a New Year trip to the Ice Hotel - and the first room was tiny: we had to keep our wheelies on the window seat and take it in turns to pack/unpack. the second room was larger, and overlooked the cemetery and church, which was beautiful in the snow.
fabulous decor - individual and interesting. the staff were all delightful and very helpful. the breakfast was amazing.

United States of AmericaWalls are very, very thin and the minibar is ridiculously, perhaps comically expensive, certainly not a perk, it would be better, and more respectful to the guests as an empty mini fridge.

AustraliaFrom the moment I arrived at the hotel, I could tell it was going to be an enjoyable stay. All the staff at front reception were so welcoming and helpful with every query. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every appetite, and the wine bar served some incredible food at night also. The room itself was tastefully decorated and roomy for a solo traveller, although could be a bit of a squeeze for two! As a first-time visitor to Stockholm, the location was also fantastic - close to everything but just far enough to feel like the hotel was a little escape! I would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to visiting in the warmer months!

United KingdomLeaving Sweden.
The quality of the breakfast, the allocated breakfast time and the value of it all was 10/10. Our Soho room was very clean and fun. Amazing decor too. All the staff we spoke to couldn’t do enough for us and were so kind. The location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants but also to get to the local tourist attractions. We only used an Uber twice mostly because we would be tired from long days of walking around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. My husband enjoyed his surprise birthday trip to Sweden.

United KingdomThere are some basics about the hotel that could be better. There is very limited storage which means you have to have your case as a place to keep clothes - and no storage in the bathroom which means all your things are out - both make the beautiful design look messy. Also although the room was clean there was a lot of dust on the glass lampshades in the room. The TV didn’t have anything on it other than live TV which is odd for the type of hotel not to have a Netflix option or a way to play a movie. And finally the room service menu is very limited and could do with having some standards on it. All of these are some small things that could make the stay more luxury.
The location of the property was amazing. It was very cute hotel and the themes of the areas was a nice touch. We stayed in a soho room one of the junior suites. It had the wow factor and the design was stunning - loved the glass walled bathroom. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming and really made our stay.
