The parking (public parking across the street with reserved hotel spots) is quite cramped and not easy to navigate with a bigger car.

Spacious modern room, great breakfast buffet an friendly staff. We didn't use all facilities but it's a modern hotel next to the station. Easy to walk around and catch a train if needed. Smooth check in and out.

Noise and vibration seem to be readily transmitted from rooms above.

Wonderful sauna facilities, good gym. Location excellent, delicious breakfast. Room facilities included stuff we often miss when travelling - face washers, full array of toiletries, good cupboard space, iron & ironing board, tea/coffee/cocoa. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, great tv options for a night in.

Found an old pillow cover in one of the cupboards and the vanity kit was empty, ie missing the kit but the box was still there and the exhaust air vent was dusty/dirty in the bathroom. Maybe a bit of TLC on the cleaning side

Great pet policy, and liked the way they handle having a dog. Nice quiet rooms and we slept well.

The beds could have been a double bed, instead of two large beds pushed next to another! But the the comfortness was good though.

The carpet had stain marks in various places.

The staff were very friendly. Especially the receptionists that worked new years eve at 14.00. The lads at the bar were very efficient and a happy bunch.

Refused to serve me a brandy at the fireplace after midnight due to a serious train delay from Gothenburg. All closed down except for check-in. Great pity. Not international & Commonwealth standards. The rest was fine.

Because of serious train delays from Gothenburg I didn't arrive until after midnight. Great pity one couldn't have a nice drink, just a single malt or a brandy, or even a coffee, at the fireplace or a nice chair in a relaxing quiet corner. At least one of thy great staff served an ale at my room, but that's not the same. In Commonwealth good work & business hotels, regardless if Jamaica or Australia, guests can relax at a cozy place with a nice drink whenever they so wish, and not just at a room. But sadly not at Radisson Upsala.

Excellent room, large, cool view. Large bed, very comfortable. Extra pillows that were excellent. Large bathroom with bath. Nice and modern decorated room. Superb breakfast! Great location and friendly staff. Check out at 12 midday! Will be back for sure.

Honestly can't think of anything.

Loved this hotel! We got a beautiful corner room with a view over Uppsala which was amazing. The room was much larger than I was expecting and very stylish. Rooms were clean. Received a baby crib that broke but we got a new one immediately when we asked. staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection for adults and kids. Location is excellent with just a short walk from Central Uppsala and also just right next to the train station.
