I can't really think of anything specific to improve. If anything, it would be great to be able to know how much people are in the breakfast area at the moment. It was very crowded and with some additional info, maybe the traffic could be evened out a bit.

Clean and well-run hotel with a central location. Super convenient guest experience and a great breakfast. I particularly liked the location and access to busses and the subway.

The view on the shopping street is great, but the public security cameras are in the view of some rooms.

Great location and breakfast, the sauna facilities are very nice. Personel was welcoming and nice. The sauna in the gym is turned on based on the request. They offered late check out, which was great. The double shades in the room blocked out the early morning light nicely.

The room was a little cramped for the 3 of us. With large size luggage, moving space was limited.

The location was perfect. Walkable to a lot of attractions, eateries and train / bus station. Breakfast was decent. Not too many options but perfect to start the day. Clean rooms.

Naturally, a bit noisy due to central location, but wasn't the end of the world. If you want it to be silent, book a place in the countryside 🤷🏻‍♂️

Location is great, very central. Room was basic but then I didn't request anything fancy. Bed was pretty narrow even for a single, but everything else was fine. Had a decent shower, TV and coffee facilities. Great that there was a gym too.

It didn't seem possible to turn the heat down at night, and the room temperature was too warm for good sleeping. Also, in the middle of one night (out of the four I was there), there was some street noise (frequent low booming sounds) that continued for an hour or two — possibly trash collectors, but I don't know.

The hotel is very central, particularly in terms of being close to several major transportation hubs. The single room was very clean, warm, and just right in terms of size and amenities for one. The breakfasts were unexpectedly nice, with many great options for all diets. I appreciated the friendly, professional staff.

The hotel is in a central location, and is very clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast in the morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent size bathroom with good shower. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location.

Very small room, barely fit in a double bed and start selling. Bathroom also had the feeling of being cramped. Not a great many choices in breakfast and presentation and placement of items not good.

Location and breakfast were decent but definitely at the bottom compared to other 4 star hotels I have stayed in. And I am not comparing with 5 Stars.

It was easy to hear loud conversation through the walls, my neighbors frequently slammed the door.

My 7-year old left her jacket and it got stolen inside the hotel. Exercise caution regarding the unscrupulous low standard guests of this hotel.
