Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the apparent lack of a self-selection breakfast Servery offering a selection of muesli and other cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, porridge, toast and as well as a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages, cooked tomatoes, tea and coffee. Such a self-service breakfast could be available between fixed times, say 7am -9 am. There is nothing appealing, or indeed comfortable, about having to go into an empty dining room to order and await one’s breakfast as if it were a regular restaurant evening meal.
It perfectly suited the purpose of my stay which was to await a flight to the UK in reasonable proximity to the airport and in the less humid cooler coastal area than the high humidity hillview area where I had spent the previous three weeks. The shopping / restaurant area adjacent to the Hotel provided a pleasant diversion from the much appreciated calm quiet within the Hotel.

No USB Port in room, need a travel adapter. The reception staff were not very helpful, checking in was complicated by their assistance,and checking out the person was carrying on a conversation in Chinese with someone behind me while not listening to me, very rude behavior.Concierge was very helpful in charging my phone.
Location was good, right next to shopping mall, minutes walk from transport. Very clean accommodation, comfortable room, well equipped kitchen area.

The hotel is comfortable and shopping center near by. If you are in Singapore for short stay and /or catching an early flight next day, this is one of the options you should consider.

Perfect hotel for the traveler visiting Singapore for a few days as the location was great (near the airport - one subway stop). Next to a small shopping mall. Room was spacious and the facilities great.

It is difficult to fault Capri if used for a stopover near the airport., The 40 minute commute would work against an extended stay sightseeing in Singapore.
The Capri by Fraser is ideal for a stopover at Changi airport. The hotel is just one stop by train from the airport and you can walk across the shopping area to the hotel so no need for taxi. There are many places to eat in the shopping mall close to the hotel. The train can get you into the city in 40 minutes for sight seeing. Capri will look after your bags after checkout and give you access to the pool and showers if you need to wait for a late flight.

Front desk always had a line and only one worker. Looked like it was under construction as many terminals were not working. They need more staff.
Room was good with small kitchen and plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. Liked the pool. Next to Changi One mall which had lots of food options. MRT was very close and easy to / from airport. Also longer but easy to take the downtown line into the city. Laundry room on every floor.

THe Restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was great after our month in India. The pool, gym and shwer facilities were excellent. We would have liked an early check in but no rooms available, however, you stored our luggage, processed checkin so it would be faster and gave us access to showers and pool area.nothin

The facilities are really good fomr the swimming pool to Sauna and Hamman. The food is good, just a bit overpriced but as many things in Singapore. The location is perfect if you have plans in Changi area.

Cleanliness on 2nd floow tpo;et, wasnt good.. In fact it was smelling bad. Towels - could be a bit perfumed wash, as those twoels were also not very good smelling.
