I couldn’t pay by my phone, they need your physical credit card.

Great location, nice room. It didn’t have a window tho but I didnt mind. Everyday you get a new water bottles and they give you all the bathroom essentials (including toothbrush). Stuff was nice and the elevator needs room key to go up which is very safe.

I don’t have anything I don’t like. But personally I don’t like toilet and bath being separated. Also I don’t feel the hotel and room is worth what I paid for… perhaps it’s peak season but really wasn’t worth SGD160 /night.

Quite little space in the room. There was no window in the room (which can be important in Singapore, since you never know what the weather is and the forecasts never help in such kind of countries). The fridge barely cooled down all the food/drinks.

Good location. Very polite and hospitable girls on the reception desk. Everything you need for living was provided. Wifi was ok. The room was clean.

The room was exceedingly small, there was very little standing space/ room to store and open luggage. Room/ communal areas sometimes smelled damp.

Location was great, short walk to Chinatown and within walking distance of marina bay area/ little india. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The hotel is put together like a Lego. :D A bit random at times, room is really really small. The fridge/mini bar is empty unfortunately.

The hotel is in a great location close to the metro, restaurants, bars and a park. Staff is really nice and welcoming. The bed is quiet comfortable and you can leave your luggage at the hotel and explore the city before your check-in or after your check-out. Decent price for value ratio.

Floor / room that we were initially assigned had a strong smell present in it, presumably due to carpet cleaning solution., but we were transferred to another floor following our complaint.

Staff was helpful. Location was close to the bay area. They held our luggage from check-out until evening when we had our flight.

The room was very small and window was facing the offices opposite without any curtains and only had black out blind, so most of the time I had to have the light on.

It is very well located within walking distance to almost everywhere! There are convenience stores, coffee shops, shopping malls and many bars/restaurants near by. As a female solo traveller I felt extremely comfortable. The hotel is small, but cosy and friendly. Staff were super helpful, especially with helping me to communicate with airlines who lost my luggage. The room was small, but comfortable enough for 4 nights stay.

The outside needs a little freshening up, but the inside is clean and smart. The bedroom was very small, but perfectly formed and had everything I needed in the right place. Great location, walking distance to the major attractions and 2 minutes from a metro station.
