The location is great, the staff very warm and friendly, the rooms spacious and well appointed, room service is superior. It would be good to have more television offerings, but otherwise this is a terrific hotel and one of the best in Singapore.

Goodwood Park Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are courteous, professional and helpful. The room was beautifully quiet and spacious and the facilities were lovely. Outdoor pools are good and room service is prompt. I have enjoyed the high tea here on a previous occasion.

I booked  Parklane Split Level Studio , which happened to be not part of the hotel , it is a separate building the access to which was dirty. The studio itself was great but some years ago, now was smelly due to mold. But once again the staff reacted very fast and move as in the hotel area in a smaller but way better room.

The staff was perfect, they have been very supportive. We had two requests during our stay : to change the room and to have a late check out, and both have been fulfilled. Room was cleaned on daily basis with attention to the details. The location also happened to be great it is 5min walking from Orchard road, bus station nearby, metro not that far too. SgD 15 to almost every point in Singapore and SgD30 to the airport.

Can get a bit noisy at night, depending on the other guests. To reach the main building and pools, you have to cross a parking lot (but didn't bother us much).

Perfect for our vacation: 4 adult family members shared 2 Parklane split suites. The suites were spacious, each with balcony, kitchen, and living room with a pull-out couch. Breakfast offered a huge selection. Staff was very nice and helpful. The two beautiful pools were never crowded. Location is central but still secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The plumbing was substandard in my bathroom and toilet fixtures were a bit worn away. The table tops and carpets were not cleaned satisfactorily. Besides these issues everything about your hotel was faultless!

Excellent in all domains particularly the cheeses! Superb food at your famous Chinese restaurant!!

Bathrooms are now needing a face-lift. Hotel bar should be open for guests earlier in the afternoon. 15% discount on food and beverages for hotel guests seemed to be applied inconsistently.

I had a bad experience at the toilet since I've found a beetle running in. I killed it and it stayed there until the end of my stay, since the room has not been cleaned. The view was over the aircon boxes so it was not amazing... I've been in many other hotels in Singapore and for the same price I've found much better places.

The building is always awesome as I remember.
