It took around 1.5 to check in and all the 5 rooms we booked together r distributed in 5 different floors and we went to check in at 13 o clock…

I wanna be honest that ive been in a lot of hotel around the world but I couldn’t find any defects about the property it was excellent.

The property was excellent and i was Tower One recently renovated. It was exceptional easy to access everything.The lovely Host Cath , she had exceptional costumer service by helping and clarifying the whole procedure of our staying there

What an experience! Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. Luggage was stored before check in and arrived 5 minutes after I walked into my room. Chose a room with a Gardens by the Bay view. Wow! What an incredible room. Spent both nights on the balcony watching the sunset over the gardens and then the gardens light show. The pool was great. If you are staying at the hotel for more than 1 night, head up to the pool after 11am as this is the check out time and the pool is quieter between 11am and 3pm. Room service was prompt and arrived within the time limit. Complimentary mini bar was perfect. Soft drinks/water only but was great after a long day walking round the gardens in the heat. Nothing was too much trouble for staff.

We found when we asked staff directions, they seem to know but send you a really long way around? I wanted to go to the gym, and I got sent all the way through the mall, 10 minutes walk, when I could have just crossed the road. The gym isn't in the hotel, it's in the expo centre, it's quite small not sure why it isn't in the hotel, it's not very convenient. Our bathroom had an amazing view, however the window at the end of the corridor looked into our bathroom, but you want to have the blind up for the view! Seems to have missed the mark here, they need to put some measure in so you cannot see into the rooms but can see out.

The views are amazing, staff very friendly, we had a suite which was excellent. We checked out and could use all the facilities for the rest of the day. The pool is fantastic, although a little warm.

Accessible to everything, personnel, staff anywhere you go were very respectful and accommodating. The facility amenities are excellent a long with the very accommodating and helpful staff from our Ian at the arriving area, check in (Erica) , during our stay and at check out Naj.

We arrived very early and was extremely jetlagged. We couldn't access our room until later in the day. We were aware of this but underestimed just how jetlagged we'd be. We really needed somewhere to rest while we waiting but due extreme temperatures in Singapore at the time we weren't sure we could bear using the pool area out in the open and found there really wasn't anywhere to sit quietly for an extended period. This was our own fault but really nowhere cool to go other than the foyer which I don't think they liked us to keep returning to. Pls take jetlag into account and plan better than we did. I personally felt very ill.

Our stay was spectacular. The building is just so impressive. Staff were so friendly and polite. The pool was a sight to be seen. Just amazing.

I wish this place were a little more affordable in order to spend more time here but comparable to the area and worth all the amenities you get.

The best hotel and service I have ever received! The facilities were incredibly clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and so attentive. I booked a deluxe king room and upon check in was upgraded to the premier king with a bay view due to a rewards membership I'm apart of. It's pricey but worth every penny. The architects and staff have curated every experience and view to be spectacular. The espresso machine and tea amenities were beautiful. Definitely the most luxurious place I’ve ever stayed. If ever in Singapore again I will be back!

I was made to wait at the concierge’s desk while my partner went back to our suite for 85c to pay for a postage stamp for a postcard we were sending. It was almost insulting taking into account the over $2000 per night I was paying for the suite

The advertisement of a minibar in the room leads my friend to believe that there was alcohol in the fridge. I do not drink much, so it was not that big of a deal to me.

The staff especially Eurika were very friendly and even changed my room to another of the same value with a view of the gardens since it was my birthday.

We booked a Garden by the Bay room, the room was amazing but the first thing you see is all the cargo ships in the bay!!! So off putting. When booking this room it doesn't show the ships in the photo only the gardens, very misleading.
