To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomBreakfast seating was very limited and at times disorganised. No one would tell you which table to sit at so it was finding a table which was free. Hotel location is location a bit further out so if you are looking for something for central then would advise elsewhere.
Very good location, only a short walk to Newton MRT. Rooms are spacious and bed is good size. Staff are very helpful. Umbrellas are available to use outside. Good variety for breakfast.

United KingdomBreakfast was good but the local food varieties were very very limited, for which you go to Newton Hawkers center. Indian varieties were also not available and the South Indian idly were not up to mark which could have been better. Western and continental food varieties were good.
Nice & clean, good staff, locality close to orchard road. Newton Hawker centre and MRT were just across the road so it was all well in place connecting the city.
