To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRoom was very small for two person with double bed, Had no window, no fridge in room, no space of baggage or luggage. So Basically room was not as they shown in listing but the staff offered me to have a look in to another room with window for $10/day and that room was stinky, i could sense a cigarette smell. Last day in hotel house keepers failed to maintain their routines, room was not much tidy up. Some Male staff were still copratives but the last night on 23 Feb, 2024 a female staff probably name "Emma" in black dress was night mare , she has rude attitide and many excuses in terms to Hotel facilities and a bad sense of humour. Choosing this hotel was not my choice but I had no option for that moment due to one hottel had cancelled the booking probably dur to some technical issue. So I had to pay this hottel an extra money for service which is hard to get from the bad attitude ladies.
Room was clean every day before the last day, has had a hair dryer, kettle and pouches of tea / coffee.

SingaporeSmall, we had 2 cabin size suitcases and had to juggle them, couldn’t open two at the same time and move around. There was a window in the room, but it was not possible to open it. So no airing is possible
It was clean, bedsheets were not stained. There is a bus stop just downstairs. Prices for hotels in Singapore are insane and despite that I would rather spend SGD150/night for some exceptional stay in, say, Japan, it is what it is, not a hotel’s fault. So it was a value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range Two malls with the food options within 15 mins walk.

SingaporeStarted off with a window ledge room as per my request was great! Few days down, had a little issue with the room as it was leaking water from the ceiling, the manager and staffs were kind to offer to switch us to another room, but we rejected as we prefer the current room and thought we will be able to bear through the little issue. But sad to say, the leakage worsens and had no choice to get switch to another available room, but to my horror, the room was so dirty, we had to wiped and cleaned for a few times. We got offered a free upgrade to the deluxe room which was a really nice gesture from the management.
The hotel staffs are mostly polite, friendly and helpful,especially the hotel manager, Ms Putri!

SingaporeThe room floors are not really cleaned, stains on some pillow cases and bedsheets. Some ants are seen crawling around. There's 1 young guy hotel reception staff, attitude quite bad.
Housekeeping is done daily, bedsheets change every 2 days. Staffs mostly are very helpful and friendly. Location is great!
