Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is absolutely nothing that I could think of!
We were welcomed with freshly baked cookies on our arrival! The place was so beautiful that even if was raining the whole day in Bled, we loved staying back, cooking and enjoying the house. Our dog did at least 10-15 zoomies in the garden. Will definitely come back again. P.S. : Being Indians, finding bidet installed in the washroom was an added pleasant surprise :)

The apartment is the best we have stayed in Located in a beautiful area with a view of the mountains Very close to bakery and supermarket Spacious and very large It has everything you need TV with Netflix, very good Internet All the cooking utensils you need A garden with fresh vegetables Gregor is available for questions all the time, helps with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Highly recommended

Location, hospitality and the apartment itself is awesome. Gregor, the host welcomed us warm and gave all necessary information with ideas where to go, what to eat and what to do. I recommend this apartment.

That it was just 2 nights. It should have been longer
Apartment Kirsch is a brand new looking home away from home right at the centre of all action! Location - 3 minutes drive to Lake Bled, restaurants, bars & grocery stores! You couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s absolutely fantastic! Arrival - Gregor arrived to greet us. He was very professional, friendly & gave crystal clear instructions & hé offered assistance whenever I needed it. His father also welcomed us which was fantastic. We were given 3 and half hours early check in which was much appreciated and also late check out whenever we wanted to leave. How so very kind!! The apartment - I’ve stayed in nearly 100 apartments but this was hands down the best! Modern, spacious, super tranquil, immaculate, large balcony, beautiful garden, very tastefully designed from all corners of the room. Everything seems brand new and super modern. Service - Exceptional. Gregor was there for us even when on holiday responding to all queries. Check out - Very easy. Gregors mum came over. She was super sweet. I missed my mum just meeting her. For Gregor the owner and his parents to be that involve as the body and soul of the apartment shows his passion for hospitality. He has raised the apartments standards to greater levels as he sets the bar high for himself & others and I’m sure everyone who meets him & his family will comprehend why we appreciated their efforts. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making our exceptional! We will be back some day! I wholeheartedly recommend this appartement. It’s ratings are very well justified in every level and with every penny!!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake. The host was extremely attentive, greeted us with wine and chocolate. The apartment is luxurious, with a lot of space, super clean, and very well equipped. A perfect experience!

Everything was great!
First of all, we had some delay with our time of arrival due to traffic, but Gregor was very flexibel and kind. At arrival we were able to park our car at the forseen parkingspace at the accomodation. Afterwards, we were welcomed with a basket full of different kinds of delicacies. Gregor gave us a guide tour around the awesome villa-appartment. We were blown away when we saw it. On the large terrace you have full privacy. The neighbors downstairs are very friendly. We stayed for only two nights, if possible we could have stayed for our whole vacation. Bakkery and the mercatorshop for groceries are on walking distance. The location was ideal for different activities such as rafting, canoeying, zipline, horse ridding, paraglyding, … and beautifull nature around the lake of Bled. The appartment was located at a quiet and peacefull place with a beatifull panaromic view. Gregor is a perfect host.
