The breakfast was outstanding! You just have to orde r with Maria the day before and pay her cash at the end. It was delicious, filling and a wonderful introduction to local fresh produce! She was also very helpful with recommendations for where to eat and drink - spot on each time!

Nothing. Except maybe that the bathroom is separate from the room. This was probably in the description but I missed it. BUT, it was not a problem at all.

The view from the shared terrace was the best part. It's very well located within Goriška Brda, not too far from anything. The house was also furnished in a very unique style. It had personality. Everything was also very very clean. Maria was very kind and helpful, always around and made us feel at home.

The views from the appartment are just breathtaking. In addition, do not hesitate to order the breakfast. Maria and Eric are preparing an amazying breakfast. In few places they take care of you like this. Moreover, Maria took some time to welcome us and give very good recomendations about the area and restaurants.

The bathrooms are private and really nice but outside the room, which is only a minor thing for me. Also it’s a drive to most restaurants so have to go easy on the wine, but that’s made up for in peace and quiet!

The house is gorgeous and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hosts Maria and Eric were incredibly friendly and helpful with plenty of advice and help with local contacts and bookings. Last, but definitely not least, the breakfast! Really interesting and delicious dishes all cooked fresh, and it just keeps coming! Best €12 you could ever spend.

Maria and her husband were such amazing & friendly hosts. We stayed here with two friends and it couldn't be better to start our holiday. They gave us amazing tips to explore the region (which is beautiful!) and they were there for any question we had. The mornings are wonderful as they serve a very tasty breakfast with ingredients from the region or their own garden. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you once again Maria and Eric.

With this unusual weather, the room was very hot at night.

Everything was perfect, Maria and Eric were the kindest host. The terrace has the best views ; the bathroom was comfortable and brand new ; the homemade breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this place, and if we come back we will stay there for sure.

To start, Maria and Eric are lovely hosts! They made our stay such a comfortable one, and served us a fantastic breakfast each morning! I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel… The property itself is clean and comfortable and offers fantastic views. We seriously couldn’t get over how wonderful the views from our room were - just as good from bed as from the balcony! We spent hours on the balcony enjoying coffee and wine and soaking up the views. It was hard to leave. Our room was really comfortable and had lots of nice added touches like a stocked mini fridge, wine glasses, and local lavender and soap. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was important as the weather was very warm during our visit. Finally, the property is very conveniently located. It’s just minutes from Smartno and a number of great wineries. I really hope our travels take us back to Enam Room again one of these days. I highly recommend a visit to this area, and a stay at this property!

Everything was great! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Maria and Eric are incredible people who took care of every detail. Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and hospitable couple ran the B&B. Maria kept in touch to allow a flexible check in and her husband kindly gave us a lift into town. The room was nice and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Highly recommend.

The only thing that can be improved was the bed. It was a bit squeeky.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever eaten while on vacation. The view from the terrace and the balcony was great, as were the lounge chairs.
