The air conditioner in the lounge was not working on arrival, but a fan was left for us. We used the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night, and it would have been great to have the aircon in the lounge too.

The location was excellent! 5 to 10 min walk to the old town and across the road there were restaurants and bars for a quick and easy dinner. A couple of nights (over a 2 week stay) the bars were noisy, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is very large and was comfortable for parents, grandparents and a child to stay together (noting it is up a couple of flights of stairs and no elevator, which is fairly common). I would stay at this apartment again if I returned with the same number of guests. We loved the convenience of the location - very easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. We had a hire car and there was street parking available for a small charge.

There was a disturbing glitch on arrival. I arrived after dark and the safety box with the keys had been removed from the wall by maintenance staff, apparently unbeknown to the support staff. After initially not being able to contact support staff and wondering what I was going to do for the night, my call was returned, and we were able to track down the keys. If I'd arrived after 10pm I wouldn't have been able to access the building to search for the keys. I helped other guests who arrived after me and were also struggling to get access. Lots of maintenance issues, one major, most minor. The aircon was not working and it was apparent that whoever had been in the apartment before me had the same problem. There were a number of light bulbs that needed replacing and the toaster and card needed to access the outside garbage bins were missing. Nearby bars, that I enjoyed having on my doorstep, were a little noisy at night but I simply closed the windows. This would not have been possible if it was hot because the aircon wasn't working. This is not a complaint but a suggestion. In a competitive market, it's the little things that make a difference. Among these, for me, is offering a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity so that I can listen to my own music and home country radio, and a smart TV that I can connect to with my phone and play my own content e.g. Netflix and home country TV. These are options I now explore when deciding on where to stay, particularly for longer stays.

I loved the location, in a quiet area adjacent to the city centre. I liked the apartment that was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The support staff at the host company were friendly and responsive.

we loved that it is spacious, great amenities, we could cook a couple of dinners with the beautiful produce from the market; wash our clothes! Alex was great to show us the apartment, made us feel welcome.

Would have been great to have the check-in instructions sent earlier. Host was very helpful in the end though.

Location was great, slightly quieter area but still near everything we needed (restaurants, grocery store etc) and a short walk to the old town. The view of the castle was also great to have.

It took a couple of attempts to reach someone by phone to meet us at the property with the keys. The apartment is smaller than it is made to appear in the photos. Not so much privacy in the bathroom (frosted glass divider wall only).

Perfect location 5 min walk to the old town centre, but very quiet and accessible. The apartment is in an old building, beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. Kitchen supplies are basic but adequate for a short stay. The beds were comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in, which was great after an overnight flight.

The lights either side of the bed are too close in and it is very easy to bang your head (we both did numerous times).

The location of the property is excellent, walking distance from the old town, but in a quiet area which has a really excellent pizza restaurant and bars near by.

My kind recommendation for stays longer than 3 day is to make sure to provide at least one cleaning of the apartment and replacement of towels, replenishment of toiletries, etc.

Location is great, close to the center yet private and isolated enough to provide peace and good night sleep. Apartment is spacious enough and bright, has all the amenities necessary. People that work for the agency are their greatest asset, professional , pleasant, responsive, kind and willing to assist at any moment.

Washer was not working very well and the dryer not at all. Pillows had been well used ( need a few new ones) but overall the place was well stocked.

It was not the suite we ordered. The air conditioner in the original apartment was broken a month before our arrival and could not be repaired, so we got a replacement. The apartment was near the center, which was an advantage, but it was located on the ground floor in an old house where you sometimes could smell mold in places. The payment for the accommodation was sent very early for us to be able to change the stay. There wasn't much to choose from at that time.. Anyway, it was clean and quiet place :-)

It’s a sauna in a hot summer vacation. it was really hard to move inside with this heat and to sleep was a disaster. They have at least send an electronic fan or something. they said that they fixed the air conditioner but no. The shower area smells so bad. The carpet smells like a rat died in there.

The bathroom smelled like sewer gas and there was no way to vent it. Also, no cleaner or broom was provided. When I asked to get extra toilet paper and dishwasher tabs, I was told I couldn't get more than they allocated for our 5 nights stay. Given the price I paid, I find it really disappointing and cheap that they would not provide me with more toilet paper or materials to help keep the place in better condition. Also, the advertisement mentions a garden terrace, but that was not the case. There was an exterior hallway to get to the unit that overlooked a shared space with a small patch of grass with bikes everywhere, but there was no terrace or ability to use any outdoor space.
