Comfortable and clean hotel. Ramada standard. Parking for guests free. SPA has to be extra paid. Star down for breakfast: good plenty od chioces, but not so fresh as it would be expected (dry eggs for example).

The evening meal was poor value and very salty. The staff handed us bits of paper to sign and demanded room keys as soon as we sat down and got it wrong with the charges so we faffed around instead of having our meals.

We were on the first floor near the landing area where there were chairs to sit on. Several times children were running g round, shouting and making a noise until quite late at night. My husband went down to reception to complain and you could hear the noise downstairs. The noise didn’t stop. This happened several times I’m afraid.

The pool water could be a little warmer. Also, there are no additional equipment in the rooms by default, for example a kettle, but it can be obtained on request.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and clean towels are available every day. Good familly hotel.

Maybe we got unlucky, but it was super crowded - full of families. The hotel is rather old by now and definitely not 4 stars - maybe 3 now. Breakfast was the only 4 stars for us.

We arrived at the hotel at about noon. I knew we were early and asked if the rooms were still not ready, if we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come to check in later. The red-haired receptionist was not welcoming at all. She said that we did not have a booking (I had booked 2 rooms). She phoned to check and later told me that I had made many changes to the booking and couldn’t find my booking. I told her that I did not make any changes to the booking at all and that I had been charged with the full amount of the reservation from a week before. I told her that I did not like her attitude at all towards me. Then she told me that she arranged our reservation but our rooms weren’t ready yet. I told her it wasn’t a problem for us. She changed her attitude a bit and told us we could leave our luggage in a room next to the reception. The other 2 receptionists, (a blonde lady and another man) were much more helpful during our stay. When we were leaving, my daughter was checking if she left anything under the bed and she found a moulded orange under her bed which was there from before. Space in the bathroom is very limited and there isn’t any space or shelves where you could put your things. The shower is very small.

Location of hotel was close to centre with amazing views of mountains. Indoor pool was great with nice views of mountains. Breakfast was good.

The best thing about the hotel is its location in the village and the mountain view from our room. Everything else was just okay. The shower doors we could hardly open and they kept of falling out of the tracks. For breakfast fair choice but ordinary and not of good quality. Buffet dinner we had once and not again during our 4 night stay. All in all okay, so don't expect too much, which is a shame.

The hotel is commendable, boasting a satisfying breakfast with a diverse range of choices. Its prime location in the heart of Kranjska Gora was enhanced by the unexpected presence of a street food festival right outside the hotel. This was a pleasant surprise as it offered excellent vegetarian options. The receptionist's exceptional service included providing recommendations for various areas worth exploring. Adding to the positive experience, the hotel offered complimentary parking that even featured an Electric Charge Point – a delightful convenience.

There were few things that need to be improved. The value is missing, the accommodation is too expensive for what it offers. The swimming pool amenities and facilities need to be a bit cleaner. Second, the room is a bit outdated, the bathroom is old, I remember I was in this hotel when I was a child, and I do not think that a lot has been improved or changed since then. Overall, too expensive for what it offers.

The location was lovely and the balcony and the view. This was the best. We really loved and enjoyed it. The staff was very knowledgeable and considerate, we got a lot of great advices and information. The staff is really excellent. Also, we came by bicycles and it was great that we were able to leave the bicycle in a safe place. And location is the best of the best. Breakfast is good.

Not daily cleaning option, towels from rooms have to be used in wellness as well, so after time spent in wellness you have all towels wet and not comfortable.

A few of the facilities weren’t open during the periods we wanted to use them eg. Sauna and restaurant. The decor could perhaps do with being modernised.

Shower leaked over bathroom floor, towels changed every day despite not required, no water available at dinner unless paid for , had to wait 15mins to check in as nobody on reception
