You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. We had a lovely stay at Lodge Bled. We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a hire car to do day trips to other parts of Slovenia, which we ended up doing less of than expected as Bled is so lovely. The Lodge is in a perfect location, just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bled and just far enough out that you can wake up to a stunning mountain view over the fields. Jus, the host, lives next door to the lodge. He's a really nice and friendly man, lovely to chat to and he kept checking in with us to see if we needed anything brining over such as clean towels. His mum also lives there, she's really nice too and her strudel (which she kindly shared with us) is delicious. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt really welcome in the lodge. I would definitely stay again when we go back to Slovenia.

We had a fabulous time at Lodge Bled. The lodge is perfect & very clean with all amenities needed, including effective air conditioning. Most importantly it is just a 7- 10 minute walk to the lake & main town but we liked that we weren’t actually in the town & enjoyed the rural feel & lovely mountain views from the lodge. Juš couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly (but not at all intrusive) & his lovely mum even made us apple strudel which was delicious. Would must definitely recommend.

Beautiful area, clean, bedroom in attic is spacious, beds comfy, well heated house, owner and his mum very welcoming, very close walking distance to Lake even with kids . Thank you again!

IrelandIt was a lovely oasis of calm at the edge of Bled town. it was an easy walk so no need for a car. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming yet left us to do our own thing. There was even a cat and a dog that wandered by from time to time looking for attention.

Very cozy, authentic, clean and comfortable house. Good situated in Bled; easy to walk to the lake, and town center. The owners are very friendly welcoming people. We had great stay and recommended this place to anyone!
