The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location looks strange on maps, at the end of a small lane, but it is very quiet although not far from the riverside and old town. So you are staying in a down-to-earth residential area away from the crowds of tourists, but can walk to all the sights very easily once you have your bearings. There some really nice bars, cafes and restaurants both along the minor road towards the old town and along the river. The apartment is clean and really great value if you don't mind a shared bathroom. There is a small shared patio and a garden. A spiral staircase woud make this unsuitable if you have mobilty issues, but otherwise great, a relaxing place to be.

a fly net so that I could keep my window open would be great as it could get a little hot at night

was perfect for a short stay and was nice to have a whole room to myself. room has a fridge to keep food in, but that’s pretty much it as there is no kitchen, which was all fine as it’s what I expected. The host stayed up and waited for me as I arrived late which was great!

I feel bad leaving a mediocre review but I feel I need to give authentic information to future guests. I also draw the line at running out of toilet paper in the bathroom! There was a duvet cover on the bed with no duvet so it was a very cold sleep, and the room smelled fusty. There was cooking stuff in the bathroom which was odd.

The host, Irene, is lovely and welcoming and the house is bright and airy!

Lovely host who genuinely cares about her stayers. We had many conversations about everything. Great location, close to the city centre. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Comfy bed, good shower, Restaurants within a 10 minute walk (to the right of the church).

There's no kitchen and the bathroom door didn't shut well. If you're looking for a hostel vibe, it's not really the right place. There are no curtains anywhere, in the room, bathroom, nowhere at all.

The host was welcoming. It's more like a homestay. Unfortunately, I fell sick and spent my entire time here sleeping and left for home right after one night.

The room was full of spiders and moscitos. Sheet on the bed can be more cleaner. The price on the booking with city tax was 37.8e, but the owner insisted at 41e (no bills,no card payment)

Irena, the person who runs the hotel is super nice and very kind. I arrived in Liubliana very late at night and the only thing that I had to do is just call her and se was waiting for me. The taxi driver did not know well the address and she came for me. Really , really nice. The hotel is very near city center, the room and the bathroom very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

I think it will be better if they install a sign with place name, it will be easier to spot it.

Nice place to stay, not far from city centre. Good and pleasant owner, clean place, fast wifi, clean bathroom. Also provided a place for bicycle, thats big plus for me I would recommend to stay there.
