Hotel next to a main road about 20 minute walk from town centre an industrial park then underneath a road network complex.

Warm greeting on arrival, changed to a larger room due to a problem with the TV. Facilities were fine with chairs and a small table. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Room bright and airy though the window curtains were thin.

Really noisy place. It was to hot to have closed windows, but the traffic outside do not allow me to sleep.

The breakfast was mediocre (or rather really poor), the location itself is weird, the hotel is basically placed on the motorway, however if you do not mind it (or if you are coming by car) then you could live with that (earplugs recommended :)).

Basically it was one of the cheapest hotels available for booking (that was done just few days before our arrival) in Zilina, the price/performance ratio is not bad at all. The front desk is open 24/7 which is convenient.

Their system not connected well with booking , because of this the check-in was really slow, and they wanted to make us pay again , even if it was paid in advance But in the end it was everything clear , and went good

The whole city is not walking friendly and there aren’t many walking paths so it will take few times to remember the best walking routes in and out of hotel. When I just opened the hotel room there was smoky smell but after opening the window for few minutes it was fine.

The hotel was fine to just sleep and store your bag. It was clean and mostly as quiet as you can expect in a city close to an highway.

Breakfast starts at 6.30 and finishes at 9. We felt that 9 is too early for breakfast during vacation. Also, the gate door is not opened from the reception even if you call via machine. We waited for 10 mins but no one answered the call. We had to get down from the vehicle and get the entrance chip every time as they dont keep the card with tenant which is required to open the door.

Located on the highway, it can’t be missed. We had taken two rooms. Both rooms were decently sized and we had a comfortable stay. We came here in summer. Although they don’t have AC, they do provide table fans on request. We kept the windows open along with the fan and it was very pleasant. Breakfast is ok. The hotel has lift for upper floors.

The staff does not speak English and did not try to communicate in another language. In one of the two rooms, the remote control for air conditioning and the TV were not functional.

If you travel with car, it's ok (the location is not central). The room is big; the breakfast is basic, but enough.

Staff in the hotel is excellent, especially on the reception desk...they called me to let me know about issue with my car they observed and they did excellent job to keep my unlocked car safe during my stay out of the city. I highly appreciate the approach they had and for me no doubt guys there are doing their best for keeping customer satisfaction on the highest possible level.
