HungaryAt the breakfast the juices (3 or 4) were very basic, maybe having just orange juice instead but a higher quality would be better.
We wanted to escape Christmas a bit, and this was a very good decision. The hotel is located right next to the ski lift, and it has nice wellness focusing more on sauna, steam baths. The deluxe rooms were nice and a food was good, especially tasty on the 24th. Everyone was very nice and friendly from the staff, I fully recommend this place.

EstoniaOnly 1 lift to ski room, no stairs and big que in morning and evening. Only one ski locker per room, there were 3 of us, boot space for two pairs. A small and rather expensive selection of meals if you didn't want to buy a full package for dinner. The spa part was not as beautiful and cozy as it seems from the pictures. Spa was very crowded and noisy until 7 p.m., after 7 p.m. it was quiet and even music was playing.
Location next to ski lift. Good breakfast. Nice room. Ski pass included in room price.

This is a very good hotel located 5 meters from the slope. The room was cozy and comfortable- good beds and pillows. SPA area is superb- salt, finnish and aroma saunas, outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool- highly recommend to visit! Breakfast was amazing- large choice of food, freshly baked pastries, good coffee! Ski room is on the -1 floor with access to the slope. Ski rent is in the same building. Animation for children works everi day and last all day long.

Czech RepublicMaybe is better to come to a breakfast till 8 or then after 8:45am, then it becomes crowded and some guests had to wait to be seated. We haven´t found any issues generally.
I very like facilities and wellness centrum. 3hs of wellness was enough for everyone. The breakfast was excellent. Food was delicious and always enough! Pretty kind staff and environment. The hotel looks a bit old but don´t get confused yourself! Inside it´s more equipment pretty new or fully new. I would visit this hotel again. :-)

Czech RepublicThe hotel is very big and the majority of the guests are families with kids. The restaurant was very very busy during breakfast and dinner. Wellness/pool is quite small considering the number of guests and it gets very crowded during the rush hours (afternoon around 5-6pm). I just want to give a heads-up to those, who prefer a more calm and quiet environment that this might not be their cup of tea. Overall, the services are very good.
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. A lot of hiking trails start or lead near the hotel which is very nice. Beautiful tarn 5 min walk from the hotel. Good for families with kids.

Czech Republic1. The Garden in the wellness could do with a tidy up after winter and clean the pond 2. The monstrosity of a building constructed opposite the hotel has now blocked the view of the mountains, so only one half of the hotel can see some of the mountains, its areal shame.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, and the wellness centre is perfect.
