United KingdomUnfortunately, I came in school holidays, and due to the lack of snow, the hotel was full of families with kids who ran all over corridors all the time.. The thermal spa was overcrowded! This has nothing to do with the hotel but just be aware if you are looking for relaxing time choose different dates.

LithuaniaToo hot in the room almost without possibility to reduce it and a bad sound isolation. Also, there was no kettle(saw it in the coridor but thought it was for trash). Great thermal park but 20min before closing time the rude man that was working around the pool started shouting and whistlening on us to go out without any further explanation why. Thermal park is only open till 9 pm?? Dissapointed.

Slovakia- Room was too hot without any option to regulate the heating temperature. - One of our booked rooms was missing belt for the bath robe. - No amenities in bathroom. At this price range we would expect at least a tooth brush and small tooth paste and two types of shampoo and shower gel (1 for men and 1 for women)
Staff was friendly, facilities were kept clean and room cleaning service was also good. Food options were plentiful and tasty. The fact that water park tickets were included in the price of the stay.

PolandBiggest issue: -Sauna not included in overall price. That was changed :( I wasn't sure, so I sent an e-mail to hotel and I received reply that YES, entry to saunas are included. Then, on place, I got info that it's not. It was very dissapointing, because sauna was our main reason to book place in Besenova, as they have really great complex. It's 12,6 EUR for 3 hours per person. So for full week for one couple it would be ~ 176. That's a lot, at least for us. If it's not included in price, maybe there should be any type of dicount for hotel guests or at least any type of "weekly pass" or smth, with lower price. Small issues: - You cannot communicate in english; but staff is so friendly anyway, that at least for slovian customer it shouldn't be any problem. - Dinners; well, dinners are tasty. Good choice of dishesh (but a lot less that on breakfasts) etc, but price comparing to experience is too high (20 EUR). I think that if it would be a little bit cheaper, then more ppl would go there :)
I love this place! - Some people claims, that breakfasts are boring and repeatable; well, that's true that usually choice of dishes is the same each day. Anyway, it's a great choice and it's possible to create tottaly different breakfast using proposed ingredients. There's different types bread - sometimes still hot, plate with cheese, yoghurts, cereals, some hot dishes - like sausages, beans, vegetables, fresh fruits etc. So I think that's a great breakfast. Staff is very friendly :) - Rooms; standard rooms have everything I need. A lot of place (so I was able to do exercises when needed ;), comfortable bed, TV and small kitchen. - Staff; It can be hard to communicate in english and I think that it would be hard to communicate at all, if you don't know any of slovian languages. Anyway, staff is very nice, very helpful and smiling. - Aquapark; as I expected :) Hot water, nice slides, good drinks & excellent sauna center. - Localization; Amazing. I mean - If you like to make hikes. It's between high tatras and low tatras ; so you travel to both. I don't know if there's good public transport as I was travelling by car, but you can reach a lot exciting mountains, valleys, castels in less than 30 minutes.

SlovakiaLimit amount of people in the Aquapark part of Besenova. At times it felt overcrowded. I do understand its business, but it should be also about user experience and comfort. Waiting in lines for 30-40 minutes due to overcrowding ain't fun. Especially with smaller kids. Life guards could be a bit more focused and active, rather than sitting passively waiting for things to happen. Preventive measures. Especially by kids pools and slides.
Breakfast was great. Staff polite and professional. Sign in and sign out was well done, no prolongation. Services were well handled .

UkraineWalking from your room to a breakfast restaurant or to the pools takes 10-20 minutes through long hallways reminiscent of airport terminals. Lot of walking through corridors generally. Finding entry, reception, navigating the hotel felt a bit bizzare.
Great location and access to thermal park and pools. Friendly staff, willing to help you out. Tasty breakfasts. Convenient location.

IsraelIn off-season it seems that all the hotels in the waterpark complex try to save money on staff- there is one reception for all the hotels, the bar was not available, and there was only one restaurant option- still this is a minor problem as the price and availability of the water park compensate this completely and we would definitely return at this time of year.
We got a great deal including entrance to the water park and the harmony sauna center- amazing experience. The room is nice and the breakfast was fine as well (we ate dinner outside as the restaurant closed at 21).

IrelandThe bathroom has a very unhappy layout. Toilet squeezed to the corner and smal shower. The room was small but functional.
Very convenient location just beside the pools. You get free entrance to the thermal park, which is amazing. Your armband is as well key to your room. So you can go to your room any time you want, no need to search the key from your roommate. All purchases in the park are put to your armband too. The hotel provides bathrobes and pool towels too. Extremely convenient and hassle free. Thermal Park opens at 8.45 till 19.30. So plenty of time to enjoy the healing power of the water, saunas, jacuzzi... You can enter the park on the day of arrival and departure too. Just brilliant. With kids now back to school, park was quiet and not overcrowded. Staff was very friendly and polite. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The cheese and tuna spread were out of this world. Pity, that the range of choice is different every day, so we couldn't enjoy our chosen delicatessen on next day... Generally we had simply amazing stay.

The rooms are tidy and clean. Nevetheless furnitures are old fashioned. Watches opening all entrances to the building and water park were very convenient solution.

The hotel offers great deals in shoulder season, including entrance to the water park and the sauna center- amazing experience. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was fine to.
