No full buffet for breakfast, there is a buffet but quite poor, the rest is by a menu. This gives the breakfast some minus and it is in some way limited.

Minor Drawbacks: Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was wholesome, more variety, similar to larger hotels, could enhance the morning experience. Laundry Service: During the high season, arranging the laundry service might require a bit more patience.

Prime Location: The property was ideally situated, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Its proximity to a plethora of attractions was a huge advantage, and the fact that it was quickly accessible by car added to our overall satisfaction. Outstanding Staff: The service provided by the hotel staff far exceeded our expectations. Their genuine care and dedication to our needs were demonstrated when they went the extra mile to arrange special pancakes for our daughter. This level of attention made us feel very welcome and truly at home. Comfortable Accommodations: Our room was generously spacious, providing all the essential facilities and ample space for relaxation. This was particularly appreciated after long days spent hiking and sightseeing. The comfort and space of our room significantly enhanced our stay and made it a delightful experience.

The Vila Grand was the perfect mix of independent accom and hotel. We could cook and had plenty of space but we also had a great breakfast provided, our room was serviced every day and everything was comfortable. Perfect for a family. The staff were fantastic- nothing was a problem and they worked incredibly hard. There was a lovely homely atmosphere.

Well equipped, clean apartment with good quality furniture and very comfy beds. The staff is exceptional, delivering high level (American-like) standards during communication and service. The breakfast is above average, the wellness is easily 4star. Parking is easy, the apartment house is beautiful. Easily beats Austrian and French ski-apartments, and not only with the price. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice and big apartment. With bath tube and kitchinne. Some 10 km from the big city. Good place as a basis for exploring the beatiful surroundings. Wellness with sauna and jacuzi even if at additional fee was a nice addition to the stay. Thank you for yor hospitality.

Hotel in Nova Lensa and suggest you need a car for getting about. Very nice room with separate large seating area and kitchenette. Breakfast more than adequate given there were only a few guests when we stayed. No restaurant but restaurant at hotel opposite and within driving distance. We liked everything but would have been nice if there was a micro wave in the kitchenette
