Small room for 4 and an uncomfortable bunk bed for the kids.

The location was great! Breakfast with all kind of choices and the hotel restaurant with an amazing city view!

Some of the advice from the staff could be a bit more tailored. Could have used a mirror outside of the bathroom, as the three of us had to wait for each other to use it. The wall mounted toilet was creaky... Made me a bit nervous every time I sat on it even though I am pretty small. There were only 2 plugs in the room and one in the bathroom. Hard for charging and using appliances, etc. Wouldn't recommend La Terraza restaurant for food. Everything was surprisingly blandly flavoured (we had the almond pesto gnocchi, venison steak, tartufo & ham pasta). The view was lovely though especially at sunset so maybe just a glass of wine would be good.

The foam mattresses were wonderfully comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. The location was ideal - so easy to walk about, stop off to drop stuff, then head back out. It was right in the centre. The staff were polite and friendly. Generally pretty quiet, only a few people on the street late one night.

Bedrooms are below restaurant and reception floors and can be noisy from furniture and parsons walking above. It is good 200m from where you can park and therefore pain with luggage mitigated by helpful staff

Although parking was supposed to be included with our hotel stay, the hotel's parking was full. As a result, we had to find alternative parking, which was a paid parking lot located an 8-minute walk away from the hotel.

We stayed with Rioca for just one night and are quite satisfied with the place. All the practical things were in place for a convenient stay - a clean spacious room, a good bed, many pillows, TV, coffee machine. Personnel is super friendly and helpful and the vibe in the lobby was really nice. We'll be happy to visit the hotel again once we're in Ulm.

We heard garbage tiding noise early in the morning. Could be chosen other time for beating of glass bottles. Only few places to have late dinner, dead town in the evening.

Good location of the hotel, good breakfast, heplful manager. Manager took care of our luggage to collect from/to a car .at the parking. Nice interior or hotel.

The space of room looks so tight for a couple. I guess the room was suitabel for a single customer!

The location of the hotel was so good that we can access easily the main attractions of San Marion. and the paking lot was provided with just a little fee.

If you arrive late by car you have to drag all your suitcases from the sister hotel’s garage, which is 300m away. Also had a few stairs in the hotel. But if you’re travelling light it’s not a problem.
