Paint smell and too much noise during the day. There was a group of refinery workers, who arrived at the hotel by 3-4 am and there was too much noise in the hallway, the hotel couldn´t control the behavior of the guests but a bit more noise cancellation on the doors/walls will help

My last night which was a Thursday there w as a Party taking place on the roof terrace, WOW the music was very very loud,, and I was on the 3rd floor, would not want to imagine what the sound was like for those people staying on a higher floor.

The location was walking distance to quite a few of the local attractions like the Fort and the bridge just to name two. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of local and international dishes, and as for the view, second to none (spectacular) in my opinion. WiFi worked well, the room also had a refrigerator flat screen TV all of which are in the booking description.

the sixth floor of the hotel serves as a nightclub (called Club Space). If you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night you will not be able to sleep until AT LEAST 4am (the music stopped at 5.10am one of the nights I was there)- that's a PROMISE. Even in the gym, second floor opposite side of the building, the music and bass were so loud. I would stay here again if it was a Sunday-thursday, but if you intend on staying over a Friday/saturday night I'd consider elsewhere (you've been warned).

There was an event at the bar and it was almost impossible to have a good sleep from around 1:30am i had pick up at 3:30am. Is definitely not a resting focus hotel and rest was what i really needed

Hot water did not work and the noise from construction being done on unfinished rooms early in the morning was disturbing.

We loved the location, staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The bed could fit my family of 4 comfortably. Decor was truly amazing...very modern and attractive.

Everything in terms of service was superb to excellent. The Gym equipment needs to have instructions for use. For example, i was unable to use the stationary bike because a password was required to increase the intensity on the equipment, which was not provided. The foot press machine had the foot-press plate turned in, with no instructions on how to have it engaged.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel - not a breakfast person. The surrounding area to the hotel's location is not "inviting".

The hotel is still under reconstruction and the repair noise started a bit too early. The free buffet breakfast needs some better choices

Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping ladies were fantastic. Also Natasha in the restaurant was very welcoming, very professional and would be the reason of me returning to this hotel. She is fantastic and Management should be aware of the great leader she is. The a la cart food in the restaurant was very good.

Party music from the rooftop bar is very audible even two floors below! Breakfast is quite basic and dining area, despite being on top floor, dark and claustrophobic. Location is pretty rough.

The first rooms balconey looked out to a vlind wall. I got another room. The loud music club sound on that floor kenpt me up all night. I dont mind a club in a hotel but there s supposed to be some noice isolation The terrace on the 5th floor was being renovated. A lot of working drill sounds in the early morning Location is not nice at all. You can not even get of the taxi on a proper parking lot. Poor outside surroundings including beggers. The only nice thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar

Had breakfast 2 mornings although the basics were the same many of the items were very different which is great I left very early my last morning which the hotel was aware of & had a packed breakfast for my travels i thought this was exceptional customer service The rooftop bar & restaurant was very nice with very well presented meals I had the hotel help me arrange transport back to Guyana it seems this is not something they do often or have never done before but they made sure it was set up for me much appreciated
