Our room was very stuffy, even with the windows open. I'm not sure if the larger rooms are better or not. The bathrooms need a make over. It's crazy that they bother to fold the toilet paper into flowers and yet no one has ever washed the bathroom door. It is very grimy and disgusting. Re do the bathrooms and improve the ventilation and the hotel will rank better.

The hotel and restaurant are really nice, our room was quite small but the larger deluxe rooms looked better. Breakfast is very good. You have your choice between 6 options. The fan was good but ours couldn't go fast enough to cool the room better. Shower has hot water. Location is great, it's close to the main square but is quiet at night.

I wish the bar/restaurant/coffee had more customers. I think the tourist numbers here have not yet rebounded from Covid times. So, not much opportunity for social interaction yet.

It was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to intercity bus stops and to the center of Ataco. The compact room opened into a charming courtyard. Good in-site food and drink at reasonable prices. Great coffee. Staff were very helpful and charming.

They accepted late check in after my other stay was a bust. Also, the staff was nice and breakfast was included.

The fan and tv we're not working on room 3 and they were fully booked and couldn't move us to a different room. Also the "Deluxe Room" was downstairs or was overbooked but there was no view. Also when we realized the fan wasn't working we tried to go to the desk but lights were off at around 11:00pm.

We liked the friendliness of the staff and how clean the room was. They even allowed us to do an earlier check in.

It was rainy season and humid and hot. Please put a longer cord on the fan/light so that someone can reach it. We couldn't use the fan without the light, which was a real problem on that hot night. We had to put a chair up and unscrew the light to turn it off so we could have a fan. There needs to be a screen on the window as it was necessary to open it but there were mosquitos. Would have had the door open if we weren't on the walkway.

The complimentary breakfast was great. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden area is pretty.

hot water in shower was not readily available. after a super long day of hiking and traveling, didn’t appreciate no hot water.

location was excellent for walking. the lobby-ish area was very inviting.

everything was welcoming and well taken care of

the place was in a great location right at the entrance of the town and everyone was friendly and went out of the way to make everything work out. the room was comfy and hot water was great as well as their mojitos and morning coffee. from here I was able to book trips to the Mayan ruins and an unforgettable hike up the volcano Santa Ana.

Very old property which needs TLC. Not good value for money and eally don't understand how it could be rated so highly. Restaurant had a good choice but food average for dinner.

Good helpful staff and good location. Breakfast was included, there was a good choice and it was very good.

Wi-Fi was slow. Tv didn’t work, but wasn’t a big deal for us. City randomly may turn off water between 10am-12pm and just our luck this happened, so be mindful of this if showering or using the toilet during theses times :)

The people were great. Little restaurant onsite. Workers always available. Street Parking available.
