United States of AmericaTOO MUCH CLOROX IN THE POOL! I ended up getting a rash on my thigh and so did my fiance on his privates and my brother and sister-in-law.
Breakfast was delicious, they had 5 options which is good since it comes included with your stay. There was air conditioning in every room, living room, and bedroom, They gave us toiletries also. You pay for your room when booking but pay for your food and everything else drinks and stuff when checking out. It was 11 of us that went we all ate and drank sodas and alcohol the food only came out to 180 which is cheap for 11 people.

United States of Americaoverall very dirty property, moldy bathrooms, the shower had a stink to it. the fridge smelled, and breakfast changes even when it says on the menu that it comes with sides/extras. THAT SLIDE IS NOT SAFE, DO NOT GET ON IT. ALSO THE POOL IS LIKE 50% beach. they do not apply the rules that are posted every where for everyone
the beach was nice, which is not really on the property. I did not like the hotel or any “amenities”

There was also no table available in the room to put the luggage or personal items. In the access to the beach there was a lot of plastic and rubbish. Beautiful and stunning beach but has too much plastic and rubbish

United States of Americawe were 4 women and a child staying at this place and they tried to come in to our room 2 times . the good thing we had placed the key chain lock. The first incident happened about 1:30 am went to restroom saw room door slightly opened closed it and was just vigilant because thought could be just wind something . second time about 4:30 am they had their hand inside trying to remove chain. We were terrified to exit the room since it was dark. we stayed in room until sun came up . we were notified that there were only 3 rooms being occupied with ours . we walked out approached security guard and waited for front desk personnel to arrive , explained what happened and showed no signs of concern no apology no regards. Security guard just states that the waiter that was attending us the night before was the only one awake at time of incidents. We were not given any type of apology or any signs of regard we requested to leave a letter for general manager but it was the most uncomfortable and insecure feeling. Left a letter and contact phone number spoke to a general manager thru phone which we are not sure if it was the general manager. since incident we have not heard from anyone if the incident was followed up on or not.
