The room card had an issue back to back and that was just annoying having to be back and forth just to be able to get into our room. The warm and cold water wasn't adjusting well but it was ok.

The comfort of the room was great and it was peaceful, even though we had a hillside view the traffic and noise wasn't heard. location is perfect with the well know restaurant by the name of Lee's jus opposite the hotel.

Room location wasn't great, but we were there for just one night. Restaurant attached to the Atrium was very good. Beach is amazing! Great location, close walk to bars and restaurants

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Whomever cleans the rooms have neglected the top of the fridge and body hair from last visit. Luckily cleaning products were readily available in the room to tackle it myself. Hotel should provide gloves.

Location. Location. Location. I'm a woman who traveled alone and felt safe my entire stay, even when I was walking alone at night. The Atrium closes its gates at night, only room holders and staff can enter the facility.

Great facility with a friendly, responsive staff. We've been coming here for years and love the location as it's central to restaurants, shopping, groceries, car rentals, busses, ship excursions and a great beach. Shout out to Dawn, Sonia, Camille, Aliyah, Aisha, and Mr. Martin for great service! And Kirk for fixing our safe.

if you like to sleep with your windows open, it's noisy - loud music from somewhere nearby on weekends until late. But all we had to do is close the windows, so not a big problem.

Can't bet the location - steps from the beach and there are two restaurants right adjacent, plus many more in walking distance. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do - boat trips and excursions leave from various points close by. Loved the free shopping shuttle to town! our room was very spacious, the kitchenette came in handy and the balcony was great for having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful view. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

My stay was one night and I checked in around 10:50pm because of a delayed flight and I still had to have a hold on my credit card for $200.00 for 7 days. That was really unacceptable since Imy stay on the property was less than 24 hours.

The location was great because it was a last minute decision.

The property is old and needs upgrades. I called in advance to confirm that they would be able to store our passports in the safe as check in was not until 4pm, they assured us that this was not a problem. When we arrived they said that the safe was full and they could not hold our passports. How can a safe be full for 3 small passports?

Great location. Large suites and large kitchen. Wonderful sprawling balconies and views. Martin at the beach was very kind and attentive. Connie at the front desk was very kind as well. Everyone else was rather short with us.

They way that my card was charged. Too many pending for total of double charges Waiting for one full charge to be removed.

The pool, bar, ocean and gym. Lots of food places around the area and supermarket too. It's close proximity to the airport and Maho beach.

We had lots of maintenance issues in the apt. They were all fixed but it took a big chunk of time and effort to make it all happen over a 2 day period.

We could have used more that just 2 bath towels. Also, the Sofa bed in the main living area was not that comfortable to sit on. There was some loud music from the places nearby, but it didn’t bother us too badly. Other than that the Atrium is one of our favorite places to stay!

Excellent Customer Service from both Sonia & Dawn. We love staying at the Atrium! The location is perfect for great restaurants & groceries. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We had a nice view of the beach & water and were also able to watch the planes take off.
