Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaDuring the last night of our stay, there were some guests in a nearby villa who partied a little too late, until after 1am keeping us awake. This is not the fault of the resort, but a number to call to report would have been helpful.
It was a very nice location with a beautiful view. The staff was very nice, and Kudos to Ruben and Adler. Housekeeping did a great job and the restaurant had excellent food. The area was very peaceful and quiet.

GermanyJust perfect
The colors at Chalk Sound from the hotel are unreal, so many shades of blue, white, green undescribable :) We have been to Maldives before and wanted to see a Carribean island, and since the accomodation is very important for us we started searching first for accomodations in the Carribean and not for an island, so we found Neptune Villas and fell in love, that's why we decided for Turks and Caicos :) After beeing there I can only say that the pictures cannot describe the beauty of the place. We had a 2 bedroom villas with Chalk Sound View for 2 adults and a child, one bedroom villa would have been enough, the place was huge for us but it was a great experience that we will never forget. Very clean, authentic design, furniture etc are old but has a special charm, you can see that somebody put a lot of work and love in decorating that place! Sapodilla Beach is right near by foot and looks different with different colors than Grace Bay, a must see! Also when is windy on Grace Bay, Sapodilla is very calm and perfect for children. You can also buy on the beach food and drinks and the sunset is incredible! Las Brisas restaurant is on the site at Neptune Villas and had the best food we ate in Provo, simply delicious! There is also a small souvenir shop on site. At night the whole property is closed and secured and the police station is just near in case you are worried about safety. Taylor Beach you can reach by car and is classified by many as the most beautiful beach in the whole world, I can only agree and a must see! The colors there changes every second with the sun, we took hundreds of pictures. Overall, it was out of real for us and would definitely come back!! Thank you :)

United States of AmericaLocation and house keeping staff, villa is very far from most activities and party attractions. House keeping came when we didn't want them to and took a few shortcuts on how they decided to clean.
Size and seclusion, great for a couple and for those who love peace and quiet.

United States of AmericaThe bed was very hard, and didn’t sleep well. There could have been more dishes available in the kitchen. It might be tough for older people to climb the stairs. There wasn’t any help with luggage up/down the stairs and into/out of the unit. The decking had some raised nails that someone could puncture their foot on, and the sidewalk to the unit was crumbling.
Although it was some distance to Grace Bay the short walk to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay made this a nice location. We were able to meet the gracious and extremely helpful owner Rachel who gave us numerous tips, made some phone calls for us to have a rental car company pick us up at the location instead of the costly taxi ride to pick it up. The unit had all the amenities of home, a cooler and chairs to take to the beach, a hammock to relax in on the back patio, and our own personal pool. The food at the restaurant Las Brisas was excellent as well.

United KingdomRather pungent smell from a pond near the entrance. The approach road is rather industrial but the reward is right there at the end of it!

United States of AmericaIt was an average of high 70s low 80s during my stay so it was chilly when we would return in the evening to our villa so we didn't use the pool much. But if it were heated or had a heating option for chilly nights, then that would have been awesome. Would have liked an extra blanket to cover with while lounging in the hammock during the evening as it got pretty cool. This was not a big deal. Perhaps, it's not as cool at night during the summer months
What a hidden gem! I would come back here in a heart beat. The villas are Ah-mazing! the bed was comfy, the shower had good reat water pressure, the kitchen was stocked with any thing you need to cook a meal, the hammock was awesome, the deck was relaxing and the private pool was too die for. BUT WAIT!!!!!! Las Brisas is top tier! The food was so delicious and the drinks were excellent. They had a live guitarist at dinner playing mellow tunes, I believe another night there was Karaoke and everything was very clean!!! It was so awesome to have awesome villas and a gourmet restaurant all in one place. Our neighbor told us that they had been there since January vacationing and another person told us that it was her birthday and she came to LasBrisas because it was her favorite place to eat with such a beautiful view. Also Sopadilla beach was in walking distance and you could jet ski, use the kayaks or ride atvs. I had a great stay...hope I can afford to return soon.

United States of AmericaKeep in mind that the water does shut off after a certain time. I'm not sure if this is in all villas or just a maintenance issue because we spoke to someone in the main office, and they seemed surprised. Also, it is a little far away from all the shops, so keep that in mind as well. You will need a vehicle to get around.
It was a great place overall. Quiet and very private little villa with your own private pool to sit in and relax.
