At times, staff were cold, unfriendly, and downright rude. One staff member even screamed at my husband that he didn't pay for the shuttle to the grocery store when he didn't even know what he was talking about. We had a rental car and drove ourselves around. Waiters on the beach and housekeeping were the only friendly people we encountered. The Wi-Fi was horrible in our room but worked great in other areas of the resort.

The resort was very beautiful, and the water was crystal clear and great for snorkeling. The room was nice and quiet in a pretty setting, and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff at breakfast slow and miserable and we had to pay $12 every morning to have eggs, which for a hotel that you’re paying $600/night for , they could have included them free! All the other staff were amazing!

The one cafe on property just isn't very good, so you have to go off property to eat most meals. Our room didn't have any privacy unless you close all curtains (including the opaque ones), which meant it always felt smaller. In general, I highly recommend a balcony on this property - without it we also never had room to put our gear to dry after swimming, and didn't have place in our room to eat. Lastly, there are a bunch of small annoyances that add up to removing some of the feeling of luxury: things like very low water pressure in the shower, a very limited included breakfast or a fee to borrow fins.

If you like snorkeling and being in the water, the location is unbeatable - 30 second swim and you're in the reef. Everything is very clean, and the pool is nice and big. The resort isn't very big so you get to know the staff and some guests, if you want.

I think I could have an indoor restaurant with another variety.

- The beaches are generally very clean, transparent and easy to access. - The breakfast was very good, with good flavor and consistent dishes, the omelets was very tasty.

The staff wasn’t the most friendly and weren’t really forthcoming with tips and information on the area. It was either slightly windy or the tide was too high to allow us to use the complimentary aquatics equipment, and it wasn’t until our last hour on the grounds before we were told the other side of the island is windless and a good alternative to our beach.

The continental breakfast was fine. It’s nothing special. My kids didn’t love it, so we ended up getting other options off the menu, which were better (e.g., pancakes and smoked salmon).

location isn’t very walkable to anything outside of the Somewhere bar down the beach. They provide shuttle services. we rented a car which came in handy.

property was well kept and clean, easy beach access with chairs and umbrellas setup at request. pool and hot tub were in a nice location and well kept as well. Included breakfast was nice, basic but filling. Staff overall were nice and helpful.

Free breakfast could have been better, more diverse options. Not much to do on the property...would be nice to have some bocce ball or a ping pong table or some other things to do there. Shouldn't charge us extra to borrow some fins for snorkeling.

It would have been nice if there were two hot tubs as the one was small and usually crowded during the day. The complimentary breakfast could use a protein option. I wish they had pool service with drinks and food.

The room was nice and the facilities were nice as well. Breakfast was included which is a nice touch. Several of the restaurant staff were very friendly and would go out of there way to help you.

Our flight was delayed and we couldn't get a late checkout. Had to use a room downstairs to change and shower for flight.

The only drawback that I had was that our bungalow by was right above the laundry room.   A funny fact.  First evening I thought there was a helicopter right above us and went out to see.  Quickly figured out it must’ve been an off  balanced  washing machine on spin cycle.  Which we heard off and on every morning to night. The bright side those sheets and towel were very clean. Just turn that TV up when watching. So we joked about it the rest of the time.  The helicopter was here to pick us up. Bar service is quite slow, but did not keep us from drinking enough… 🤪

It was beautiful and very well-kept. The bungalow and grounds are very clean everyday thanks to the amazing housekeepers and  groundskeepers. The butlers were very quick to your needs.  The ladies at the front desk were very polite and professional.

Construction on site at 7 am start, music at night loud, was refused twice for late check out, & was given the room I asked not to give me next to construction site, sheets never changed, water or toiletries never replaced, complimentary breakfast means you still pay for protein (sausage or salmon which is not fresh), food on site on beach is not fresh, don’t do the fish, staff not attentive enough, & not much going on on property, no good restaurants either
