I truly like the cleanliness of the place , it's in a grate location not far from the airport, there's a entire mall in walking distance that's has everything you need , the community it's most of all very safe and quiet, and they cater for all your needs , all facilities are in excellent condition and most of all the price is very affordable

It needs a little upgrade of the living room furniture and kitchen and you have a more pleasant stay. Also Cable TV/international TV Channels.

The bed in the master bedroom was good. The apartment is fully furnished. 3 bedrooms , kitchen and living room. The apartment is very well located, an easy 6 min. walk to Trinity mall and a small plaza with popular Franchise Restaurants.

What I didn't like is the washing machine challenge.

We loved the size of the place. We are a family of 10 and we all coexisted here quite happily. The location to Trincity Mall was nice - delightful cool walk. The host Ms Dookeran was very helpful and pleasant, long before we got here and continued to get better after we arrived. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, comfortable for sure. The home has everything you need as a home away from home.

The property is very close to the airport. It is ultra good value for money. It is large and very, very clean. It clearly was a well loved family home for many years.

The owner was extremely nice, very hospitable, and helpful. The accommodations was excellent. More than enough space for the family. A very safe neighborhood that was within walking distance of the mall, grocery store, and food places.

The hospitality and professionalism of the host towards didn't just feel like we didn't know them, we felt like we were at a family house it's really amazing.

spartan accommodations. in need of upgrades and a decorating theme. bland. insufficient fry pan or skillet with lids. Host was friendly. Downstairs apartment of a private home, so unable to secure the apartment as the host maintained continuous access to the rental unit.

We have just got back from our stay in "Vansa's AirBnb Trincity" and are faaaar from happy. However, I will start on the positives. Great location to the mall, banks shops and main highway all in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious with large rooms and a good size kitchen. After the first few nights we complained about our bed as the mattress was soooo old and soft, the next day it was kindly replaced. Now, apon writing this review, I am shocked as I've just read EVERY review on Vansa's Airbnb and honestly do not know how they have such positive feedback... let me explain. First of all, and most importantly, the apartment was absolutely filthy dirty on our arrival. It smelt bad, the kitchen was covered in dust, grease, food splatters, and worste of all, DEAD BUGS AND BUG DROPPINGS!!!!! These were over plates, bowls, and inside cupboards. The cooking utensils were NOT clean. They hadn't been cleaned, and the pans and pots were absolutely awful, still with dried food on. Both the bathrooms needed a full refit, the showers were black from dirt and mould. There were cobwebs and general dirt and dust everywhere.. not to mention the toilet brushes were beyond belief ( years old)! We would constantly find cock roaches in the bedrooms, kitchen and twice in our suitcases with all our clothes! Unacceptable!! Water pressure controlled by Vansa, many days we went with only a dribble from the shower and to flush the toilets and was told it was a local issue but when checking with neighbours they had no such issue. When simply sharing our concerns of the lack of cleanliness and asking for a deep clean to be carried out (which they did, after a week of us living in the grime,) we were met with quite rude responses I will never ever recommend Vansa Airbnb in Trincity Trinidad to ANYONE! it's absolutely foul.. VANSA... YOU should be ashamed of yourself for ever renting this out in such a disgusting condition!
