Con: Got the room on the 2nd floor. Although almost no noise from the road, but at night the sound of the running water from the water pipe upstairs was very disturbing.

Room: Family room: Pro: Decent sized room with 2 queen-sized bed. Have window. Separated bath area and toilet. Great location. Very friendly staffs. All day free snacks at the lobby.

The room was a bit small but I didn't mind.

I loved the free snacks in their lobby and how the hotel was near a Family Mart and two 7-elevens. The staff was also helpful and quick in attending to my requests. The hotel smelled good as well. My trip was pleasant and a huge part was because my hotel was nice. Thank you!

Room exceeded my expectations for a solo traveler. Bathroom is very spacious. Lobby is a great place to hang out. Very good location with plenty of stores nearby for food etc and walkable to Taipei station. Great value for the money.

Nothing I didn’t like..

Location was Fantastic! the hotel was a short walk to both Ximen Station and Taipei Main Station so it was extremely convenient to travel from the airport as well as to other places in Taiwan. Located close to the Ximending Night Market which is open till late, we were spoilt for choice with food options. For the hotel, the staff was really friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel as we arrived in Taiwan early, hotel lobby also provided snacks like cup noodles, buns, sandwiches and snacks. They even had washing machine for free to use in the basement Overall a good place to stay! Would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Taipei.

Ordered for room to be cleaned and organised but the cleaner only did the rubbish n towels changed but never made the bed. Not a big issue but it would be nice if they did the bed as well.

Our room was a lot smaller than expected, and it was quite a tight squeeze for two adults with medium-sized luggages. But to be fair we did get one of the cheapest rooms.

The location of the hotel wasn't too bad; quite walkable from Ximen station. The reception/lounge area was very cosy, only made even better with the complimentary drinks and snacks. And there's many convenience stores and local food options nearby.

1. Kinda pricey but I guess that its because the hotel is newly built. but it's worth it since we enjoyed our stay there 2. We had a hard time with one of the rooms. The triple that we booked had separate bath and toilet and the sink was seen inside the room! i guess it served as a vanity area but my grandma had a hard time eating since the countertop of the sink was higher compared to an actual vanity table. although the couples room was very nice! my mother and I enjoyed it.

My family liked the following: 1. The game room they have available on the basement since we were travelling with children they were kept entertained lol 2. They offered free food! We ate our breakfast there always xD pretty yummy and healthy for free food. their milk tea is good, too! 3. Location: very near Ximending Night Market! Although we had to cross the major street its actually nice since it isnt noisy and crowded compared to staying within the night market. The train station is also nearby so those who would be using the public transpo would find it convenient. There are also 2 convenient stores nearby 4. Friendly staff! would def come back here!

Need extra space to open luggage. Will definitely help if there are closets. Bed was springy.

The room without windows was a bit small, no place to open our luggage but the other rooms we booked with windows, triple sharing and quadruple sharing were great. Location - right beside family mart. Near 7-11. and walking distance from Ximenting night market. Definitely major plus points. Breakfast - unlimited noodles, coffee, tea and drinks. need I say more?!?

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly staffs (esp Heidi,JJ, Jack 杰克). Helped me to re-layout the room, allocate empty box for my luggage etc. Great lobby environment with all the facilities (basketball, arcade game etc) and food varieties (instant noodle, pop corn,hot dog). Lots of food places just nearby and walking distance to ximending areas.

The rooms are a bit small so not much room for your luggage

Great location in the central district, the free snacks are real and there's quite a selection available. Also, enjoyed playing the arcade games in the lounge. There is free laundry that you can reserve (we didn't use it)
