Room was spacious for 3 pax. In room hot spring bath. Has a sofa area, which is separated by a sliding door from the beds. Complimentary mini bar. Happy hours in the evening with wine. Able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, Just sleep. Staff was attentive and helpful.

The public bath was in the basement of the other hotel and it was a bit dingy going down the stairs. It also wasn't that great. The pool was a bit murky with a few bugs. Our rooms did have a few things that did not work but the front desk helped us very quickly.

The beds were really comfortable. The room itself was a bit small especially with all the stools, table, etc, however, the room was decorated really nicely. The amenities were great and there was a private bath in each room. The breakfast buffet was great!

Pretty much nothing, perhaps tables could be designed to prevent knocks to be kids friendly.

The hotel is only about 5mins walk from the station. Breakfast is not bad although there are not too many choices in the buffet. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks and the tea set is quite nice. The best part if of course, the private hot spring in the room.

Their skyline spring view on the top of the building, especially the night. You could also use both SPA and spring at the same time. Besides that, each customer stays at this hotel has the right to use spring at Justsleep. Yes, that is special service to let customer enjoy two-hotel spring exactly. They also offer the movie and lounge for guest’s relax time. About their breakfast, it makes me so impressed because they co-work with the famous Vegan restaurant: Little Tree Food. This restaurant provides some good food like Buddha Bowl, the great detox juice, Acai Bowl and worm autumn bowl. Awesome!

The suite we booked was very nicely decorated and clean (no carpets!) and I found the price we paid reasonable. Breakfast, snacks and cocktail hour were a plus. There were decent food options in the surrounding areas too.

The casino below as no value added for us. The roof pool and gallery space can be better ulitized. No kids facilities. No dedicated boh lifts

Very close to train station and accessible right off main street. The modern architectural and interior design is a factor.

The pillows are really soft. I couldn’t sleep well and had to use a cushion from the sofa area as a pillow. Design of the in-room bath means it’s hard to sit inside.

The room is bigger than I expected! we were staying for 2 nights was great with many things to do in the hotel and surroundings. especially the spring bath experience. the staff is friendly. By car, there is basement parking but always full. they also allow you to park at another property without charges. love all the hotel detail and was super comfortable to stay. Thank you

Was planning for an anniversary trip and the staff told me that they will decorate the room (of course nothing too dramatic). But I think it was the holiday season and they forgot about it. This is fine. What bother us is a dead cockroach in the non slip indoor mat…also, the sound proof was not the best. Onto of the holiday season, we didn’t have the best sleep.

Your breakfast male staff. He was very rude! We always like the Regent Hotel in Taipei for their friendly services & comfort!! The twin bedroom is extremely small, unlike the double room, which is quite large & comfortable for two people.

There is basically no view, only the tub has a slight street view!

Small sized room, almost non-existent show stall space as it was literally a tiny nook. The hot spring water did not have a milky appearance like the rich mineral versions.

The tatami style room was a nice touch.

Nice hot spring. Nice thing that we are able to use facilities with sister hotel Just Sleep Yilan which is few steps away. Lots of food stalls just walking distance from hotel.
