I didnt like the segregation of only some floors kids can use certain model cars. We stayed in the higher end floor room, surely we didnt pay lesser than those 8th and 9th floors yet we were told they get certain cars while we can only ride basic ones. A mood damper right before we even get to enjoy. If the hotel meant this as an attraction for kids then make it fair and same for all kids, why the disparity and allowing some kids to feel worse?

With the WOW club and kids driven cars its impossible not to be wowed by this stay. Absolutely superb for kids!

Soft pillow.

Facilities!!! This hotel is catered for younger children, they can take the free car ride from 8-9 floors. Also there are other activities available, free of charge for the children. The room is spacious!!! Toiletries are branded, drinking water are very well known brand, even hair dryer is too (feels like at home!). The room flip flop also good! Not to mention, this hotel is above the shopping mall, with lots of foods selection. Free movie ticket if you want to watch movie at the mall, you just need to get the ticket from hotel reception counter. Breakfast selection was awesome! I don’t recall I saw freshly squeezed fruit juice from other hotels I stayed before, but here, you can select the fruits you want for the fresh juice!!! Even have beers selection for breakfast 🤣

Free upgrade and replenish items for the kids every day even if we did not utilise it. Luxurious items provided. Room is very spacious and our children enjoy running around the room. Lots of activities for the kids. Hope to come back again to enjoy all the facilities in the hotel.

located above a shopping mall so it was very convenient for food and indoor activities in the event of wet weather. hotel also provided complimentary movie tickets on a daily basis. bouncy castle and electric cars kept children occupied.

Price point. Staff did not offer any solution when we badly needed express laundry service.

Breakfast spread was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the drinks, toiletries etc. provided though it's possibly included in the price we paid for. We enjoyed the swimming facilities, restaurant, as well as the activities that came along with it. Great day spent with the kids!

The outside of the building need to re-paint or remodel. It looks very old and not fancy. The spa very difficult to make appointment. It is full booking every day.

I like the shampoo and the body wash. It is very good quality. They also provide kid's body wash and toothbrush. I also like they provide free high quality water and very clear explain the price for the customers.

1. Coffee could have been better with coffee beans instead of capsules. 2. Bed and pillow are too soft. 3. Room temperature cannot be adjusted so the room was a bit stuffy. 4. Massage time could be more flexible such as 30 mins and 1 hour instead of just strictly 2 hours. 5. Staff at the racing car at level 6 on our check out date was not very friendly to children. Looked annoyed when we queue up and played a few times even though we abide by the queue.

parking isn’t exactly straightforward. They should set aside a parking lot for the hotel guests and have it clearly marked.

Not many facilities for younger kids. Service was hit or miss - some staff were not helpful and relatively combative, and gave incorrect information that led to us spending more. The hotel was also quite run down for the price and the rooms were dated and dark.

Great for slightly older kids and thoughtful facilities like postbox and giving out postcards. Some very considerate and lovely staff that made us feel taken care of. Great breakfast buffet and generous with branded bathroom toiletries and bottled water.

Could improve the cafe offering- not much choice and quite messy appearance (on a weekday). Also the soft play by the cafe could be done up nicer so children can play in it a bit longer, especially the area with the clubhouse. Breakfast buffet could do with fresh coffee delivered to the table at this price point. We also had asked reception to make a dinner booking for us at check in, which he “forgot”… not great and only a simple apology was offered whilst the table was unavailable. Also would’ve appreciated milk for toddler in the room as standard- at this age they still have bedtime milk and a carton of milk in the fridge would’ve helped.

Stayed in a standard twin room as a family of 4 for one night, the room was spacious and each “single” bed enough for an adult plus toddler. The hotel provided lots of little extras which made our children extra welcome, toothbrushes, baby bath, even bottle warmer! We loved the entertainment /soft play area which was open even after dinner and was kept very clean. We ate at the bordering shopping centre, great choices and really good value for money! It also has a convenience store

We stayed at this hotel because it’s know for its children friendly. However, this hotel was not environment friendly at all. All room amenities even such as night wear and sandals were packed in plastic bag. And too many plastic bottles of water were served in room and breakfast restaurant. If this hotel wants to be “child friendly ,“ this hotel should seriously consider the environment sustainability, where our children will live on in the future. We won’t chose this hotel unless they become more sustainable environment hotel.

The variety of breakfast was good. We liked the fresh fruits juice counter, where you can selected fruits and asked them to make juice.

not a good value for the money unless you have children. many things could be better at this price. imperfect sound insulation. the rooftop facilities are crowded. i would expect more like shuttle running adhoc if schedule doesnt fit needs. minibar is free but poor quality beer for the price of stay, the coffee maker was troublesome and no milk for coffee stocked. no slippers though flip flops were ok.

excellent location and good overall experience. staff are kind and helpful. nice water in room.

The lunch break and kids play facility has time limit, so it’s quite crowded all the time as everyone rush to play within certain timing.

All in one, the best was the breakfast and free cinema tickets.
