There was no long stay discounted rate , I was willing to go forward and complete my 6 weeks stay in Dar Es Salaam in the same hotel, but they didn't give me a good rate, and instead it was calculated with a higher rate than Booking.com

The staff were really friendly and understanding, the apartment was very comfortable and I'd stay for more except it was over my budget and there was no long stay discounted rate.

The staff team were 1st class, very attentive , caring, professional, and approachable . The team paid attention to the small details to ensure things went smoothly. The location was very safe and clean with good choices for meals at different times of the day the pricing of services was very good. Danny (a member of the front desk team )helped me to amend my booking at short notice on 2 occasions, which was excellent customer service he also proved me great value for money .

Location, Staff, cleanliness, value for money, safety - They offered free bikes for guests, amazing move, - The small "Eclairs" Chocolate on my pillow got me ever day after coming back from work.

There were few things that were not very enjoyable during my stay: One was the noise, depending on where your room is, there are some noise that can penetrate into the room. That's the one thing that really affected my stay. Also the gym was very tiny and for someone like me that likes to workout, it was not the best place to workout.

The hotel looks good and is located in a nice place in Masaki. The personell were very helpful and kind and always responded to any of my request.

The shower heard in my room was not working properly, it is small too.

The place is beautiful with very hospitable staff. The location is very good with ease of access to the city. It is set up in a serene ambience. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice beautiful place to stay in Dar. I will return in the future.

Half the sockets in the room did not work. TV was outdated and could not take a flash/storage device and I could barely watch anything. Cab referral from the reception was extremely expensive and charged up to 5times what they should have charged yet this was supposed to be "a good cab guy"

The rooms are a bit worn, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the room, although the hotel is smoke-free.

The staff is outstanding. Very sweet and service minded. Both the receptionists and the restaurant staff. The breakfast is good, and so were the meals that we had. The pool area is also very nice. Good and well equipped gym.

Replenishing of items like fruits and toiletries took a little long and never happened at times. Basic plates and glasses were not stocked in the apartment. Some electrical like switches in the bedroom of my room 5 were not in very good condition.. These are small issues and I am still taking my family back because out if 10 they still score and 8bfrom me.

It would be good to replace the shower head.

The room was clean and well kept with a kitchenette and sitting area.I also liked the location of the hotel which was in close proximity to shops and recreational places around Masaki and Oyster Bay.

Rooms didnt seem to look like the photos. They weren't terrible but i guess i may have romanticised what i thought they looked like so that may be on me.

in its day this hotel must have been amazing, that being said it is a cool facility which didnt feel like the photos though. Where it failed to overwhelm it more than made up for with its amazing staff
