Looks totally like photos on the web-site. Competent, caring, friendly personnel. Great breakfast. The place where you feel yourself like at home!

The room is very basic but extremely comfortable and clean. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They are extremely courteous , hard working, professional and friendly . Both Helen and Marta who manage reception are a pleasure to work with.

Great hotel for a short stay in Lviv. Its small, cozy, in a central yet quite location. The personnel is amazing, very helpful and nice. They have free coffee, tea, water and kitchen facilities and can do your laundry for additional 50 UAH.

The location couldn't be bettered. The night staff was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfast is ordered from a cafe down the street but they have a espresso/Americano coffee machine.

The rooms are plenty roomy, have beautiful high ceilings, and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast is wonderful and they even deliver it to your room to eat in bed :)

Location. Has a lift as the facilities are on the first floor. Also right opposite is a lovely cafe. The staff were really pleasant. Thank you Sofi & Elisabeth
