The jacuzzi in the bathroom is just for one-time use -- it's not very effective and can't be compared with a professional jacuzzi in any SPA. You can't open the windows -- it's almost OK in winter but I think it would be inconvenient in summer. The stuff is good but not all. The blond girl at the reception was very polite and spoke Ukrainian fluently. But the brunette at the reception unfortunately didn't speak Ukrainian although she was quite polite. The cleaning service was very strange - she took the necessary things from the room because she considered them garbage :(. Fortunately, she later returned them.

The room is big, tidy and clean. Soundproof is very good! You can find the kettle, cups, teaspoons, and even small teabags, coffee begs and sugar on the table. The location is good in winter -- there is a big green park just 400 meters from the hotel and the seaside is not far too (12 minutes to go). There is a very nice Turkish hammam and a swimming pool in the SPA. The gym is very good too!

The room was cold during the winter. It had the electric heater included though, so that's ok.

The best value for money I have ever had. Great hotel, has sauna and pool included in the price. Very nice restaurant with great staff.

The bar in the loby is nice but sometimes you can get waiters and waitreses who realy are not for service industry. Maybe now in winter time..but this is not a 5 * (No smile or I would say ignorant towards guest). I need to give them back capucino...which was not a capucino. Not aceptable for 5*. It looks that this hotel was made for a hot days or with no insulation as it is extremly cold and windy in some places. - It is cold in the area where is swimming pool by the door you can feel strong wind coming from somewhere. - you can feel like that you are in the freezer in elevator and when you will enter elevator. They said they don’t have a heater...but need to be something else as you can feel draft in a lot of places in the hotel. - you can find the toilet by the restaurant/bar by smeeling urin at least 10 m before you enter. - the toilet in the bar is so dark that you hardly see anything. I understand there is a night club but this can’t be an excuse - in the toilet soap dispenser didn’t work so no soap to wash your hands. Checked first day when I come and second day...no change! You can put at least hard soap or any soap! Especialy now in covid times! - room was cold might be same reason - insulation. We ask if radiator works but it doesnt. We put 29 degress celzius on the blown heater display and by the morning become ok... - sauna doesn’t work...probably for a long time. But hey for this price which is now is fantastic...and I can check this again in few days and see if something changed. If you would like to transform this hotel I can come to help you and train the staff...for free!

The receptionists are great and they would do anything for you. Swimming pool is big for a swim and hamam is good size! The bar and restaurant have a lot of different varietes of food and the service is quick but don’t expect 5* star service!

We had to pay for beach / pool access because it doesn’t belong to the hotel. Hotel has an agreement with them which was not honored. And it is located 10 minutes walking from the hotel on a busy city streets.

Their out door pool is in arcadia beech not with hotel so this property should be called hotel not resort i think so

Breakfast has Limited choice. Staff is not courteous and understand few words of English. First Hotel i have seen in my life wherein t is written in room that "Those who will misuse of towels shall be fined ". Whereas definition of misuse was not given. No covid measures. No one wears masks. Lobby is full of people all the time without masks.

Location is good. Hotel is very good and rooms are quite comfortable.

The Bed and pillows wasn't so comfortable, the pool is little, and the WIFI keeps on shutting down around the rooms area.

The Gym + souna was great and free of charge, The location of the hotel is very good. Also the stuff are very nice and speak English And the room is clean

The tv flat connected tv was very low . It had not some football channels to following euro championnat for example. It will be nice with an outside swimming pool for the guests : for the price could be !

Everything. Windows don't open, Russian-speaking staff, old rooms. It's max 2 stars not 5 at all. Absolute trash for the highest price possible.

It is not looking as 5-star hotel at all, we stayed in another 5-star hotel before that, and it was much, much better. In Spa was so cold and dirty, impossible to stay. Was smelling bad in bathroom, we booked the hotel with breakfest included and at the reception said that they don't provide breakfest anymore. Don't recommend at all, in Odessa exist much better hotels.
