Having bigger tea mugs in additional to existing cups would be great. If you have a mid-size SUV (or bigger) and travel with a ski box, you probably won't be able to park into the garage (they have 3 parking slots outside the garage though).

Literally, everything. Very modern and well-equipped apartments in a great, quiet location. On a special note, very attentive and responsive staff (on the 3rd stay they know you preferred room and arrival time).

I wasn't expecting calls from property, but received a few. Would be great to communicate through messages on platform. Received unclear proposition of cash-only payment at reception with some discount but with booking cancellation here, but at the end was able to pay by card with previously negotiated price and conditions so I guess it's fine

Exceptionally comfortable place to stay in great location with free private indoor parking for guests and friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a great place to stay for few days to ski

I was requested to read and sign an agreement which I didn’t know about pertaining to maintaining the suites equipment as they are. Miss using or damaging the suites and/or equipment will subject you to a fine. This wouldn’t be considered as area of improvement if it was shared earlier or at least it was clear here in booking. Thanks again for the Beskyd management and its team

The location of the apartment is closed to the center. The suite is big and equipped with all the necessary stuff with one bedroom, living room and two bathrooms as i reserved. The suite is very clean and tidy. The stuff/reception is helpful, cooperative and willing to serve. Defiantly, this will not be the only visit to the beskyd suites apartment and will come back again.

View could be better, and restaurant not working.

Hotel was very very clean, it seems that the owner knows what guests want. Also, there's water beside the toilet which's rare to find in Ukraine. Staff were very nice with great communication, and location is close to the attractions.

Luxury spacious rooms, the Bukovel center is a short walk away and yet it's quiet and peaceful at the hotel, the staff are very friendly, nice mountain slope view from the balcony. Everything was amazing.

No gym and no restaurant Also at check in they ask you to sign very strict agreement of property instructions including all fees of damages ☹️ “they assuming that you are coming to damage the property 😡” I m not sure if that applies for all or for certain nationalities 🤔 I would recommend to change the language of the agreement for more politeness

I had problems when I was cooking the kitchen top desk is not heating resistance which made simple burn They are evaluating this top desk replacement 14750 UAH I was paid a half price Due to they are not putting warning signs

It was in good location at the Center and reception crew were friendly and helpful

1- hot water big big big issue (you might suddenly don’t find hot water ) for me is big issue and I will never try it again 2- if you lost appartment card you will pay 200 UKR
