The first day we were there the TV wasn't working, but the staff fixed it for us the next day. We got a suite with a jacuzzi and the bathtub stopper was broken so I used a cup to stop it so I could take a bath. And the jacuzzi function was not working and the hot water didn't last long enough to fill up the tub very much

The sauna was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. And I loved all the paintings on the walls. This is truly an art hotel.

The location is great. A few minutes walk from Maidan Square. Right next to the park. Also lots of cafes and pubs are nearby. The hotel staff are very positive and friendly.

The hotel was quite difficult to find when I first arrived.

Staff were super helpful at the hotel, arranging Covid tests and taxi transport. The hotel is in an excellant location, and just a short walk to major sights. The room was clean and an ideal size.

The room was a bit cramped and there were some mosquitoes despite the windows being closed. The sound insulation wasn’t the best.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and capable in English. The price was right for the location, and air conditioning was very good.

The shower leaked, but I didn't complain to the staff because it was only a minor annoyance.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. The location is in a beautiful and convenient location. There is a park across the street, great coffee nearby, and lots of delicious restaurants.

I think that hotel is very good for its category. if you want five star hotels, then this might not be for you.

I stayed for 9 nights. Excellent location, very close to everything in centre of Kiev. Opposite the hotel is park, if you are into running or simply want a walk though the park. At the reception is very professional staff, helpful and responsive. Everything functions without problem and is in good condition in the hotel. Room was clean and it was cleaned regularly. Excellent wi-fi internet all the time. All in all, reasonable price you pay for very a good hotel. I recommend it.

The looks of the room is a bit weary - small things like minor cracks in furniture, details, minor stains etc. Heavy atmosphere, maybe because of the carpets.

The location is great, walking distance from some major Kyiv spots. We had a room with a courtyard view, and it was super quite. The hall is nice.

Everything was perfect.

The room was beautifully furnished & extremely comfortable. It is conveniently located, yet quiet. Breakfast was scrumptious & the rooms include handy features like heated towel bars, mini-fridges, lock boxes & water. The beds & linens are quite luxurious. The staff exceeded all expectations! They assisted us with securing taxis, providing directions & being unfailingly friendly.

An absolutely wonderful experience for my first stay in Ukraine. I was made to feel very welcome and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could be. They booked restaurants and taxis for me and gave me many great recommendations. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Kiev. Exceptional service!

Very cold in the room, it is impossible to sleep. Also there are hot water only for one person we should went ro reception to ask help then they gave us a key from another room to use bathroom. There wasn't room cleaning service we should asked for toilet paper. Also then you book your room it isnt any information about city fee, we only knew this information then did checkout. Hotel is in the ground floor in big house with many flats.
