Problem with hot water sometimes.

Safety during the bombardment. Good Location and many good places to see around. Fresh water and tea in the room every day. Helpful front desk ladies.

Warm water in the shower is enough just for one person. Then, you have to wait a bit (not along time but can be annoying if you're in a rush).

We stayed in 2 different standard rooms within a short period of time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The place is located in the center city. The rooms are in the semi-basement, therefore it is quiet and feels very safe even now.

If I had to complain about something (and this is not a real complaint): the elevator is a tad small.

It's wartime Kyiv, so the basement room was a plus. It had many amenities, including a kettle, fridge, and huge bathtub. The price was really, really good. They also allowed generous check-in and check-out times. The location is really good. We had a car, so the free parking spot was a plus. It's close enough to the main road that it's easy-in, easy-out. The location is close to a metro stop and a short walk to the very center of the city. For the price, the location and facilities were top-notch.

There is no any sign of a hotel named "Incognito Boutique Hotel", instead look for Senator Apartments. No issue for me, I don´t care about the name posted on a bulding, in the room or on my bill, it might be just a bit confusing for some guests. Room in the basement floor, but no big issue for us, you will recognize that this is the standard thing for Kyiv. There is a window with some daylight though.

The appartments are in the inner block-patio, so there isn´t any noise from the street. Room spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities one could need (electric kettle, coffee, tea etc). Good café nearby at Pyrohova street with sitting area outside. Reception staff welcoming and helpful, even with the questions about public transport, tickets etc. Night guard at side whole night.

Excellent price/performance. Spacious room. Everything was very clean, there was a big bottle of water, iron with board, safe, AC, bathrobes, tea/coffee, corkscrew in the room. Hotel is in very central area, the stuff was very helpful. I'd like to stay here more times.

The hotel is realy Incognito. You'll not find any label outside. And it is not a hotel. You have to sign a contract with the owner of the property in order to rent your room, your small apartment. My apartment was located in the underground floor. The only window was in the bathroom accessible only from the bathtube.

A "hotel" is located about 350m from the metro station Universytet. The city center (station Khreshchatyk) is just two stops far away.

Everything was quite up to par, except for the shower: low water pressure, practically no cold water, and no way to adjust water temp. Although, it must be noted, the problem started and ended w the showerhead, the bathroom itself was alright.

they clean the room and change towels once in 3 days, after 8pm no english speaking person at reception and we need to keep windows open asits a little stuffy in basement but these are not big issues.

its very close to metro, not far walking into city. lots of food establishment close by. reception staff are very polite. price is decent.
