Best breakfast in Kharkiv!!! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient to the city center, the price was amazingly affordable and the accommodations were super comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that the rag in the room had yellow stains on the corners, and the pillow cases were soo old..they all had hair oil stains and some pillow cases had little holes in them. For the amount of money paid and the rating of the hotel, I think they can do better in making sure that they have stainless and hole less beddings . As well as stainless rags.

The place is general is beautiful, the view from my room was amazing and the room was arranged properly.

Would like restaurants and bars closer but the metro is very near to get anything you want. It is well worth it though as this hotel is very good

It was close to almost all the places we planned on going to in Kharkov like the mall, dolphinarium and the Central Park, it was neat, comfortable and classy. The breakfast was okay too nothing extra

Nice interior design, friendly stuff, quite and clean place. The place has all amenities that correspond to 4 stars. The premise provide nice breakfasts. Overall nice value for the price.

We checked in very late but dropped our luggage off at the hotel before check in time. We were checking out very early and staff prepared lunch boxes the evening before. Only one remark is that we were finding some single heirs in the bathroom and on a bed blanket as well as on a pillow. Otherwise, only positive feelings left after our stay at the hotel.

nice restaurant and really good food but I advise people not to use the restaurant but order and enjoy the food in the room, really very loud music in the restaurant from the room where they do fitness and people from the fitness room go through the restaurant from one room to the next, really the worst of the worst I've experienced in many years at all the hotels I'm in in the different countries, for me it's a restaurant a place where you sit and enjoy the food by quiet music and not loud fitness music and fitness boys going through the restaurant, hotel and rooms 10/10 👍👍👍, restaurants and fitness 01/10 👎👎👎

The beds were a bit low and not the most comfortable. The lobby is on the second floor up three sets of stairs, so not very convenient, particularly as we had to enter and exit the hotel several times. There was a problem with one room key.

Fairly spacious rooms, everything was relatively new, the rooms set towards the back so as to avoid excessive noise from the street. The bathroom was clean, well supplied with toiletries, towels.

Had to pay for breakfasts and the breakfast menu was rather limited. Also, no elevator. Had to lift bags up a flight of stairs.

I select my stays when I travel based on reviews but also on the amenities on offer. One of the main things with a bad back is selecting places with an elevator or ground floor accommodation. This place says 'upper floors accessible by elevator', and 'lift' available, but it doesn't have one. There are other amenity options it has ticked that are also not available like 'restaurant' and 'terrace'. One thing that puts me off a place and ensures I won't be back is misleading information with regard to what is on offer. So given it had stairs and no elevator despite saying it did, I will not be back to that site. Its sister premises about 10minutes away was awesome with all units located on the ground floor.

Place was clean, in an easily accessible location on a main street, with street parking in front and a grocery store right next door. Rooms were not huge but okay and were well kept and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and and AC worked well and didn't hear much noise from outside once windows were closed.

I paid a big amount of money and they take you to any room available, the dinner was horrible,the receptionist was good,the rooms didn’t meet expectations,someone else was lodged in the room I paid for,room had a bad odour,no exciting activities, the beauty spa wasn’t working ,so many things,I wish I never paid so much

The staffs are very nice and friendly and they speak English, the breakfast and dinner menu is a lot and the food is very tasty. I rate them 4.5/5 I was really impressed by the standards and the interiors are very beautiful.
