This place looks super sketchy but it's lovely inside. Kind staff, beautiful, clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Stayed at the "Idea Hotel" around the corner which was terrible. Wish I had stayed here the whole time.

Our room was fantastic, exactly as advertised. It was very large, great balcony and very clean. We had no issues with the room or the Apart/Hotel at all. We stayed in the Loft and it was a large room with everything we needed in it. The Loft was one of the more expensive rooms YET it was still reasonably priced compared to other hotels.

I loved my experience and keep going back. The staff are great, the rooms beautiful and clean, have all necessities, even washing machine and ironing. The only hickup for someone traveling on night trains is the check in at 1500 but again the staff are most accommodating and helpful and respond quickly to any queries and try to make any wish happen.

The hallway leading to the apartment was quite cluttered. Also there was a strong sewer gas smell in the bathroom on the second day.

The suite we had was very attractively decorated and very pleasant. Very large bathroom. The rooms look out on an inner courtyard with nothing to recommend it. But the location is excellent in the downtown of Kyiv, and very reasonable.

The building is old but you're in the historic center. Also, a few more shelves/ space for clothes would've been great.

Not sure why my apartment looked so different to the photos. I got used to it but at first I was extremely disappointed. I imagined I would get the apartment I saw in the pictures, but what I got looked a lot older and darker.

The room and facilities were a bit old and worn-out, and cleaning for the day of check-in was not up to the mark. The staff though took note of my requests and cleaned the fridge and dust from areas where I have asked.

The location was great, two minute walk from Kryshatnyik, many nice shopping and food options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that can be added is some tiny little storage space for luggages in the hall for those who are waiting for their check in or check out.

Perfect location! Beautiful apartment! You will have there everything you need. I stayed alone and only for one night but this place is perfect for couples and midium-/long-term trips. The room itself is beautiful, quality of furniture is excellent. Best value for money I have ever had in my life.

Great place. The only minor things that can make it even better - foot towel and extra bath amenities (shower gel piece is only enough for 1 shower - evening or morning). But when you have your own cosmetics it's not a problem. Definitely would stay here again

Lovely apart-hotel, cozy, stylish. From main advantages - they have reception that makes check-in easier than when you need to get keys from smb. Elevator. And they had electricity 🤩when main part of the Kiev was under blackout. Among other things I liked - comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, pretty quiet, great location.
