Everything was very nice apart from the insultation of the accommodation.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make the stay very safe and comfortable. Although i was not expecting a camping/glamping type of accommodation but they made it very comfortable and safe. Giving us insect repellents and all needed things to ward off insects and lizards as I am scared of creepy crawlies :)

Bathroom especially the shower situation needs to be worked on

We loved the location right by the nile. The view of the sunrise in the morning is breath taking. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast selection and the we had some fresh and nicely cooked tilapia fillet for dinner. The menu is still a bit limited due to the renovations that are going on. (The renovations didn't affect our stay)

You are on the other side of the Nile from Jinja town. We travelled back and forth by motorcycle which kept costs down but it made it more difficult for going out for excursions, lunch and dinner (especially at night so we ate in the hotel for dinner). If you are in Jinja for a long time I would recommend something closer to the town.

Location - The location is beautiful, right on the River Nile making it a unique stay. Room - Clean and fresh. A beautiful balcony overlooking the Nile. Facilities - Good, the restaurant has an amazing view of the Nile and the food was delicious. We enjoyed dinner here for two evenings and they were very tasty! Staff - Very helpful and friendly.

Was disappointed at first (late check in was dark). River view was great but for the price I expected kettle and condiments. Then when we woke up at day break and found restaurant had the best view in the house. Simply Stunning. Glad we went for breakfast. The view is absolutely AMAZING. Went from initial disappointment to WORTH EVERY PENNY. When i get back to Jinja i will make my number one choice for value for price. Extremely recommend!!!!

Location, Location, location!!!! and have their own boat at extremely reasonable price to go to the source of the Nile.

Our room was basically a modified tent. Although the resort has other rooms but somehow that did not show in bookings.com and we ddi not know that we booked a tent. It was not the resort fault though. I would advice you all them directly and book, you will also get a better price.

The location is amazing, it is 500 m from the source of the nile, directly on the beach. Staff were amazing especially Beatrice, she was very kind with our daughter and went above and beyond to make sure that is we are all taken care of. They arranged a taxi to take us to to Entebbe for our flight next day and it was very reasonably priced.

Loud music from across the river but can't blame Living Waters for that.

Helpful staff, incredible views from the room, comfy bed and good WiFi. A very short walk to the Speke monument. A beautiful place.

The water wasn't as hot as I would have liked. The property wasn't quite as expected given the photos on booking.com, however in the end it met our expectations. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. A curtain separates the bathroom from the bedroom.

The view is incredible. The layout follows a rustic/rural look, a little different than expected but was really quite beautiful. The morning view was phenomenal and the bed was super comfy. There are monkeys around the property which you have a pleasure to see and take photos of.

I mean, nature equals insects but these were not aggressive and I did not get any bit (but I also had long sleeves and pants!)

The view and peace of this place is incomparable! It is breath-taking. And the accommodation made it so that you were close to nature. There is a glamping tent that is super cool.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Living Waters. Perfect location to stay a night or more in their modern tents, while exploring Jinja. Best thing was waking up to the view of the Nile and enjoying the tranquility while immersing in nature. Chef was super helpful and made us very delicious food. Polite staff… too many positive things to say. Don’t think twice, just book and thank me later :)

The internet was terrible. The outdoor furniture for our room was broken. They didn't do any housekeeping the first day. They only provide bottled water to the rooms on the first day. The room was too dimly lit. Too few food choices at meal time

The views are amazing and the breakfast was adequate. There were many recreational activities to choose from. The bed was huge. It was nice and quiet.

We booked this place to relax after a trip to Uganda. From the pictures and previous reviews it seemed a nice resort with an outstanding view. However, we have been very disappointed. There was no electricity, and ok, it might be normal in this part of the world. But they did not even have a working generator so we ended up eating dinners with the torch and we could not charge our phones. We not only missed hot water, but the shower did not work at all and we had to use water in buckets. Not what you expect in a resort @ more than 100 USD per night. You don't even expect to find poop of geko lizards everywhere in the room: definetly it was not properly cleaned. No choice of food and also of bad quality: just chicken curry and veg curry every evening and you are forced to eat there cause it is a bit far from the city and it is not feasible / difficult if you don't have a car. Dinner was at 35K or 45K Ush that is such a lot for what was offered. We were the only guests for the 2 nights we spent there and this was weird. No security services: no guardian and gate opened even during the night so we did not feel safe. Of course do not expect WiFi. We slept in budget places around at way lower costs but with way better services (hot shower, electricity, WiFi, etc.). Beware of this place and of previous reviews. Not recommended!!!

    The view is nice...

The resort needs some TLC for sure and the grounds could be better maintained. The rooms are very basic with no tea/coffee facilities. The choices on the menu at the restaurant are very limited. It is not near any other restaurants and a person would need to take a taxi into Jinja for other restaurant options. The resort does not accept US$ in cash as the notes have to be in a perfect condition (no folds/marks whatsoever and the notes have to recently issued) for the banks in Jinja to accept the notes apparently.

It is situated at the Source of the Nile with beautiful views.
