Breakfast selection seems less than my previous stay about a year ago.It's still really good and tasty. The pool location could have been a bit private, especially for staying guests given that you have walkins all the time. It is likely to be the reason it is hardly used. I still used it with my children, and it is a good size and clean. I had to ask for an extra drinking glass and toilet paper given that the room was booked for two and when the staff brought the second glass, again came with one despite me asking for 4 due to extra guests on my second night. 😑 The price was a little steep for my two nights, than I had originally booked and only told about the discounted rate on checking in.

Good food taste and much improved pastries for breakfast. Staff are always amazing and exceptionally attentive. Thank you. Would stay again and again. Loved the Sunday entertainment- young and fresh band. 👌🏿 I generally love this hotel, perfect location in close proximity to the city, a good hanging out place with friends, family, quiet but central. Love all the modern amenities with a touch of my motherland Africa throughout. I could stay here again and again. 😜😁 My 9 year old daughter loves it, and this is our second stay here.

Sat at the restaurant for more than 10 minutes and no one came to attend to us. We had to move and go look for a waiter. However, this is NOT the first time this has happened at the restaurant area.

The food, the hotel room, all were top notch. Cleanliness is unrated 👌

The music in the restaurant is lousy and way too Loud!!!!

Loved the staff especially Diana who went out of her way. The head chef too cooked plant based meals for me most evenings. The gym is basic and sufficient for a good workout. Rooms are great!

Repetitive music, and loud live bands/ party music on weekends which compete with music track in dining room and disturb the otherwise lovely ambience.

Food was on the whole excellent. Fresh, well presented, versatlile menu and main chef was particularly helpful in meeting our dietary requirements. Service in dining area so friendly, helpful and efficient. Main barrister and barman was also excellent. Coffee particularly good and loved the bottomless cup concept. Rooms comfortable, modern, compact and completely adequate.

Onomo is a small haven. Peaceful, very welcoming and wonderful staff, appealing public spaces, and an excellent spa on site. Very good breakfast. Very good wifi service. Conducive for working or relaxing.

The TV didn't work even after the maintainance guy came to the room several times. Reminded the receptionist on duty about the same on my way out but nothing was done.

There was no dental kit in the room and I had to ask for it at the reception everyday as the toothpaste was so little in the kit. I didn't go for dinner at the hotel because to expensive. The people at the reception was definitely not helpful nor friendly.

You can’t really walk many places from here, but Ubers generally know where it is and we had no problem getting rides for cheap.

Beautiful beautiful property. Nice staff. Great food at a reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was delish. Staff was very sweet.
