You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was great, but being picky, sometimes wifi did not work where the desk was located. But in general it was all amazing.
Staff was AMAZING! Super friendly. Cruz whatsapped me all the details, explained everything I needed about the city and where to eat, shop, etc. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Ferry port and 1 min from the bus station. The old town is a 5/10 min walk, I loved everything here. The room was big, comfortable and with table, chairs and small desk. Nice shower.

Great, family-run hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is close to the bus station, port and the old city, walking distance from everything. The included breakfast is good as well. Highly recommended!

They have retained the covid-style breakfast with prepacked food in a vending machine and a single cup coffee maker. As food is selected on a per person basis the system becomes overwhelmed if a number of people turn up at the same time.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to the ferry terminal and short walking distance to restaurants.

I found everything positive. It was calm and comfortable. Even if I don’t speak Spanish, the staff was able to communicate with me well enough.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, Malung me fel at home. The location is easy being so close to the ferry terminal and bus station, but also very near the most important street with restaurants and shops. The old town is easily reachable by walking, too.

The wifi didn't work very well in our room, but we didn't ask about it, so that could have been just a one time issue.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the bus station, ferry, and the shops.

The staff are amazing and super accommodating. The location is a 3 minute walk to the ferry and easy to walk to all the local restaurants and sites. The room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay and helped in any way we needed. I couldn't recommend staying here any higher

There is some people noise, both as people go through the gardens and from the adjoining room, but not overly disturbing.
A well-located property very close to the intracity bus terminal and the ferry terminal, and a short walk from the town centre and historic areas. Very comfortable room. Excellent wifi. Good breakfast. Attractive gardens. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

The room initially I got was very small and the toilet smelt very bad. I asked for another room and the owner changed it straight away to one upstairs which was larger, with a window in the toilet. I would insist on a room upstairs with a window for the toilet. The wifi also isn’t that strong.
The staff were amazing and the location was great, very close to the terminal and bus station and not that far away from the centre.

Lovely, modernized gem in easy walking distance of the UNESCO site Old City, ferry port and bus station. The neighborhood is charming and walkable. We wished we stayed longer.

The staff were lovely. It's a family run hotel and the staff really take care of the guests. We felt at home. The location is excellent: it is a short walk to both the bus and ferry terminals, but it is also only a little further from the historic centre.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance from the bus and ferry stations. It also was walking distance to the historic district. It was very homey and comfortable, I would definitely book again.
