No chairs on the balcony. A little food smell in the room. Would be great if they use an air freshener.

Big TV with YouTube. 4 great pillows. Bed was comfortable. Swimming pool is just amazing and the staff at the pool was cool.

The front desk lobby is not constantly air conditioned which made checking in and checking out a little hot. I did go during an off season, however, so they may have been conserving energy. I felt bad for the staff since it was a hot season.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The premium rooms were high up and the view is beautiful..it is close to the malls and there is a strip with spas and stores near the hotel. A little ways down is an affordable karaoke spot as well. I love the complete gym.

The entrance. First impression when walking in the building was a bit confused. I made us wonder whether we were on the correct location. Until we learned that the check in floor was 6th floor.

We ordered a mojito. However we couldn’t taste any rhum in it.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent as well as the swimming pool, gym and free bicycles. We’ll certainly come back!

- Amenities supply seems to be under a budget control. - There was a problem with the bathroom door lock (not for the first time in the history), showing that maintenance activities should be on a more regular basis. Anyway it was fixed within 10 minutes by the staff, which was fine for me. - Restaurant is open for lunch but the air-conditioner was not turned on due to a 'saving budget' reason (?) so eventhough the food was really good, it was still quite hot with an eletric fan.

- Beautiful decoration of the reception area and the top floor swimming pool. - Variety of delicious food for breakfast. - Staff at all departments are friendly and helpful.

The beach is a 5 min walk, but the hotel can give you bikes to ride to it if you ask.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the amazing design of the lobby. The hotel is situated in a prime location that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area, and I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy it during my stay. As someone who values cleanliness and comfort when travelling, I was very impressed with the accommodations at this hotel. The room was immaculate and very well-appointed, with all the amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. I'm a bit of a foodie, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast spread. There was something for everyone, from fresh fruit and yoghurt to eggs, bacon, and pastries. The coffee was also excellent, which is always a plus in my book. Last but not least, I have to mention the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and they were always happy to offer recommendations for things to do and see in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with an amazing view and a pretty good breakfast. It's clear that the staff takes pride in providing top-notch service, and I felt very well taken care of during my stay.

The Quality of Construction very loud noise when people pass by your room and doesn’t have proof sound system between room to room .

Never been to 5 start claim to be . The worthless room ever stay my life . Front desk need to be retrained to 5 start standard host guest and services.
